KFC — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I walked in and there was knobody in side accept for the workers and I am thinking it is going to be a short wait. I walk up to the counter with my son and we ordered 2 three piece meals all dark meat and they say they run out of legs. And it would take 12 muinetes before they are done and we agreed to wait. The food was fine but it was the attitude the gave us like they felt like they did not want to be there. After we sat down we needed honey so my son went up there and asked for honey and it was fine. But after my son got his food we realized he needs jelly and goes up and is ther for at least 5 muinetes and finally an old black lady came up and said what would u like and my son said I would like some jelly please and she takes a five minute brake then gets the jelly not even menchoning anything about the five muinute wait then comes up and throwers the jelly at my son and my son says thank you and the old black lady walked away and keep in mind my son is white and there were three or four black families that walked in and they were extremely nice to them so in overall I would give this place a 2 out of 10 because the food was great but the...

Started out when ordering online. It kept adding extra things to my meal when it prompted for the sides and such for the combo, so it charged me an extra drink. Then I get there, waited a few minutes for them to say they were waiting on it. About 5 more minutes go by and then a lady calls my name, walks up to the online ordering thing with nothing in hand, and grabs my order that had been there the whole time. Then I get back to the office, there are no straws, no utensils, I'm missing my sauce, and the 4 chicken tenders where the 4 most pathetic pieces of chicken I've ever seen. One was mostly all breading. I haven't gone to KFC for a while for these very things, and it's not just this location, but this one seems to be one of the worst ones I've been to, second only to the one that put someone's order they brought back onto the warmers after the customer left and came back. So barely better than a health violation but still won't be returning anytime soon. The last i went to this one was over and year ago and I'll gladly wait that long and more before...

This KFC is awful. The employees obviously don't care about anything, and are rude and slow. The last time I came through the drive thru and got a famous bowl meal, it took forever, there were FIVE pieces of popcorn chicken in it (which were 90% burnt grease and batter, I mean it tasted like I was eating leftover grease that was battered and fried into oblivion), barely any gravy, and no corn or cheese. I ate maybe 3 bites before I just threw it in the trash and ate leftover pulled pork from the fridge. 4 day old pulled pork from city bbq was 1000x better than the garbage they sell you here as "food," all the while acting as if you've ruined their lives by having the audacity to seek food at this restaurant.
