Smoothie King — Restaurant in Indianapolis

The manager Tyrone was very disrespectful. Was not for the customer at all I placed an order and went to the pick up station it wasn’t there.. so I proceeded to pull my order up and show someone that was employed there. Tyrone came and said he wasn’t looking at my order and that if it comes through he’d make it.. mind you I previously ordered my order 30 minutes prior to me arriving. I tried showing him my bank statements the email but he was very disrespectful and didn’t even want to here me talk about my order he refused refund and said “do it the same way you ordered it and get out of my store” 😂😂...

So, I am hooked on the "Tyrone" smoothie that is only available at this location (because it is created by the manager himself). It is so refreshing!The smoothie shop is always clean when I visit and the service is always kind, efficient, and top-notch. I feel like a celebrity when I order here....
