Ten Hands Market — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Challenging if you have food allergies. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. The staff member, Jenny, made my latte incorrectly without the foam. I approached her and asked if she could make it with the foam and she proceeded to tell me lattes don’t have foam, only the cappuccinos do. I mentioned lattes always come with foam and would prefer it with the foam. But unfortunately, she told me she didn’t know how, and that was all she was trained to do. I approached the counter shortly after to ask for a refund and another girl said she’d make it correctly for me. I over heard the other girl mention the issue with the drink to Jenny, and she said she didn’t care. Another guy walked up to Jenny to ask about his drink and she was very rude. He turned around with big eyes and walked away. Needless to say, the hospitality in the market really needs some TLC.
