I arrived at the location, I called them to place my order and just wait in the car to be called back and pay. The lady that was on the line kept on interrupting while I spoke and did not let me talk until she had finished talking on multiple occasions. I wanted to add two drinks and she said " I can't add it anymore I need to do another order, Can I have your debit card info." I told her I'd go inside instead. Placed my order, paid, they said it would take 20 minutes. I went to wait in the car, and the lady kept calling back 3-4 times asking were I was, If I was going to go in to pay.. told her I already paid. Called me back a few minutes after that, told me they did not have 2/3 things I ordered. Instead of waiting for a refund, I just changed them to different items. Said it would take another 10 minutes. In total I waited almost an hour. I was hot outside, I was starting to get frustrated. The way they package things is not acceptable. While driving home one of the items spilled. At least I had Rubber Mats and it was easier to clean. Anyway, once I opened everything, the order was not right. At that point, I just decided to not give them a fuss and never to go back. Next day I woke up very sick, I thought it was going to last 2-3 days but it only lasted a few hours. I felt nausea, stomach pain, I had a migraine and had body ache. I do not recommend, the food was not even at an "ok" type of good. The beans on the pupusas tasted at least a few days old. I ordered a few "Revueltas" and they were all just beans with cheese. The chicken from a soup was very stiff, almost like gum. I fully regret having gone...
Read moreThe only reason I am giving this place a low rating is because of the service. I usually return to a place not only because of the great food (which Pan Victoria definitely has), but I also expect excellent customer service if I'm going to choose a location over its competitors - and let's face it, there are many places serving Central American food in LA! I have only been to this place a couple of times, but the stern faces of all the cashiers/servers makes me feel like my money is not good money. I come in there expecting a smile and a cordial hello but instead I get scowls and rude "siguiente!" when its my turn to order. I suggest owner put young ladies through customer service training. I understand that in some cultures being stern and gruff with customers is acceptable behavior, but I personally like to be served by cordial,...
Read moreI’m a disabled veteran with a prostate condition that requires me to use the restroom often. I came to dine in and when I asked the cashier if I could use the bathroom, she told me to go ahead and went to the back and a man and his son were coming out of the restroom and when I was going to go in, I was told that I could not use the bathroom and that it could only be used by children and that the health department had cleared for that rule. All the chairs and tables were taken and there were over 12 in line standing up for a total of over 25 customers. For this many customers, a restroom should be available. I am visiting for the weekend and I believe that the rule is unfair and not customer friendly. The name of the person that denied me the use of the bathroom is Marlene in the back of...
