2:30pm on Sunday the 29th of December is extremely loud, with music that is so loud yet, you can not understand the words. The kitchen staff sounded like they tossed the silverware several times throughout out brunch. A waiter that immediately gave us glasses of water, BUT no tableware. Our orders came out, I noticed my 2 extra eggs were not on the side like I asked, and there was a small bowl with salsa in it sitting in my plate with my avocado toast that had spilt in my plate. I removed the salsa, told my husband the salsa did not go with my order. When the waiter came by my husband asked him if the salsa came with my order. He says yeah. I tell him I did not order the Mexican Avocado Toast. He argued that the salsa came with my order. When we were waiting for our check, I commented to the waiter…fyi: the salsa does not come with my order, it goes with the Mexican Avocado Toast order. He says, that’s alright it’s on the side. I looked at him, and told him No it was not alright…. And he turned his back to me and walked off as I was trying to explain to him WHY it was Not alright. It’s NOT alright, because I Do Not like spicy foods, and this salsa was spilled in my plate. Thus the first bite I had of my avocado toast and egg was filled with the flavor of salsa! Rude, arrogant waiter! Due to the noise level alone I have no interest in making a 3rd visit to this restaurant. But, mostly the Waiter deciding he knew best…. Dern the customers taste buds or thoughts on it!

I ate here a couple of weeks ago. Every time I think of going back, I reflect on what I ate and how it tasted, and I just dont want to go back. This place is really nice to be in. It is very open and bright. The atmosphere is perfect. Service was ok... but they didn't fill my empty drinks quickly, left my last one empty way too long then gave the check, and I only really saw them the bare minimum number of times (order, 1 refil, check). The food looked really great. The flavor of all of it was way off, though. I tasted such a weird taste on everything. I couldn't decide if it was a chemical taste or a way-too-old grease taste, but it was not vedy pleasant. Even the items that should have had butter tasted nothing like butter. The potato puffs would have been great in good grease. The eggs and bread didn't have any good butter flavor. The biscuit was soft but dry. The chorizo was ok but fairly bland, and I could not taste the cheese at all. Like I say, I wanted to try it again, but I just never want to go back when I think about how it all tasted (plus, it was over $30 before tip for the meal pictured, just not worth the risk to go again).

We came at a good time and were promptly seated. It did take a few minutes before we were offered waters and coffee. The latte and cappuccino were good. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake French toast, blueberry cheesecake pancakes and the Manchester. The blueberry cheesecake pancakes were my favorite. All the flavors blended well, wasn’t overwhelming and didn’t require any additional syrup. The strawberry cheesecake French toast was a bit much, you couldn’t taste the French toast. The Manchester was good staple of basic goodness; the bacon was good quality and perfectly cooked, the hash brown was simple yet satisfying. We were pleased with the food taste and quality. The service was a bit rushed as we weren’t asked if we wanted anything else and were presented with a check which was to be paid on our phones. So the customer service is a little lacking but I understand it is done for efficiency and to clear the table more quickly as they often have a long wait. Overall it is as good, but come with appropriate expectations. It is noisy, so if you have sensory sensitivity this may not be a good fit for your next meal.

Took my mother there for Mother’s Day breakfast. Service was pleasant and food was good . We both had the same breakfast dish , which was the Spanish omelette, 1 side of bacon and French toast with it for both, a coffee and a orange juice . My only really concern with my first visit is the bill at the end . After the waitress presented the total on the electronic device , I questioned the total to the waitress, and ask if the tip was already included because the total seemed high for what was ordered , she replied no . So I added a 20% tip on bill, but still in my mind still thinking it wasn’t right . So , I asked the hostess and she brought the manager to talk to me . The manager then went to the backed and checked with the waitress and came back and told that there was an error made when totaling bill and gratuity was automatically added when totaling bill, and that the correction was already made and that it would later be reflected on my bank account. The problem I have with all this is that I can’t help but think that this was not an error, but more done intentionally to receive a much greater tip amount . This incident has left a bad taste in my mouth, and wonder how many other people are being...
