AVOID THIS PLACE! ! I was REALLLLLY excited to finally be able to try this place after wishing for so long to try it... I regret not reading the reviews first. FIRST OF ALL... I ordered a speculous cookie butter milkshake. It looked weird when she gave it to me but it was my first time trying creamistry so I didn’t think much of it. We left. Once I tried my shake it was super disgusting. Tasted like peanut butter. I hate peanut butter, if I had been allergic I would have seriously sued this place! It was pale brown so it looked like it could have been cookie butter but unfortunately I was given some chocolate peanut butter shake. It had chocolate cookie crumbles at the bottom of the shake. Biggest disappointment ever. We should have just gone to McDonald’s down the street. It’s cheaper and taste way better. My next complaint is how disgusting this place looks! There is equipment and ingredients all over the place, it’s just nasty, unclean, messy, disorganized and sloppy. The employees don’t wear head coverings, the girl with long hair had gloves on but kept on fixing her hair with her gloves on while mixing one of our shakes, I was praying we didn’t find a hair in that shake. The guy making my shake was facing the other direction and I couldn’t see him but he kept talking to the girl instead of working on my shake which is probably why he made me the wrong shake. We waiting over 20 minutes for two terribly tasting shakes, one of which was completely wrong. You guys need new employees I was so disappointed and embarrassed for bringing someone here thinking I was treating them to something delicious. Super disappointed.

**Creamistry: A Sweet Symphony of Science and Flavor** Creamistry is a dessert destination like no other, where the magic of ice cream making unfolds right before your eyes. This unique spot takes the concept of ice cream to a whole new level, creating delectable treats that are both visually stunning and incredibly delicious. The process is mesmerizing to watch. Liquid nitrogen is poured into a mixing bowl filled with your choice of fresh ingredients, and within seconds, the mixture transforms into a velvety smooth ice cream. The result is a frozen masterpiece that is creamier, denser, and more flavorful than traditional ice cream. Creamistry caters to all dietary preferences, offering a wide range of vegan options. From almond milk to coconut cream, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The flavors are equally diverse, featuring classic favorites like vanilla bean and chocolate, as well as unique creations like lavender honey and matcha green tea. The staff at Creamistry are friendly and knowledgeable, eager to help you craft the perfect ice cream experience. They can guide you through the various options and make recommendations based on your preferences. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, with modern decor and plenty of seating. It's the perfect place to relax and indulge in a sweet treat. Overall, Creamistry is a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts and anyone looking for a unique and delicious dessert experience. With its innovative approach, vegan options, and vast variety of flavors, it's sure to become a favorite destination for sweet cravings.

This place has REALLY gone downhill: 1. No air conditioning. They’re not running their air conditioning in summertime. The thermostat at the cash register reads 83 degrees inside the shop. It feels more like you’re hanging out on a nasty subway station platform than an ice cream shop. 2. The employee preparing our ice cream took out her earbuds and began FaceTiming with someone while handling food items. You read that correctly; she inserted her earbuds into her ears canals, began handling her phone and promptly went back to preparing our order. No thanks… 3. The entry door closest to the fountains doesn’t close. It just hangs open. As such, Texas sized insects just get in line with the rest of the customers. 4. There was dusty schmutz all over the light fixtures by the door that won’t close. That means that the same dusty schmutz is going right into your ice cream order because nobody can be bothered to clean the place up or simply fix their door. The shop just looks to be in terrible disrepair & it’s a real shame (see photo). Avoid this place. They don’t have any regard for cleanliness, quality or hygiene anymore.

The Las Colinas, Irving, TX location is the worst Creamistry I have ever been too. The first couple of times I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but last night was the last time we'll step foot into that place. It's very clear that no employee there likes their job.

Last night I brought a couple friends there who were visiting from out of state to try out the dairy free options. When we got up to the register I asked the girl behind the counter to see the laminated paper with the allergen information so my friends could see what was available to them. My husband has a dairy allergy and they've given us the allergen information before at this exact location so we didn't have to ask a million questions - I'm well aware this piece of paper exists. The female employee behind the counter looked at me and told me that a sheet with allergen information wasn't a thing.

So instead of telling her we've been given it before, I said "okay, no worries. I'll pull it up on my phone." As I was pulling the information up on my phone this female employee walked over to one of the male employees and pointed at my friends and me. They stared at us as the female employee proceeded to say in an annoyed tone of voice, "they don't even know what they want." No, we didn't know what we wanted because she wouldn't give us the allergy information.

The female employee then walked back over to the register and in a very annoyed tone of voice told us that if we wanted ice cream we'd have to wait 45 minutes. It was clear from the way she said it that this was her way of telling us that she wanted us to leave. It was rude and she accomplished what she wanted because we walked out. No customer should be treated that way and be made to feel like their dairy allergies are an inconvenience to the employees at an ice cream place that promotes vegan and dairy free options.

In the past when we've gone to this location, I've watched an employee make my husband's almond base ice cream with whole milk. When I asked him if it was made with whole milk he told me, "that's the only way to make ice cream... you have to put milk in it." I know how ice cream is made... the condescending tone of voice wasn't appreciated. I then tried to kindly explain that we ordered almond base ice cream (he took my order and knew that already). It wasn't until another employee asked him to remake it with almond milk that he finally made my husband the ice cream he ordered. Every time we'd go there after that experience we felt like we had to watch them make our ice cream to ensure my husband wouldn't receive something that would cause an allergic reaction.

After last night, we don't have to worry about that because we won't go there again as long as the current unhappy and unhelpful employees work there. An ice cream parlor is supposed to be a fun and inviting place but this one...

Where do I even begin.

They lack in customer service.

They do not monitor orders when they give them out by calling out names of customers to give the customers their correct orders. I waited 30 minutes to get my order and another customer took my order and they did not verify. My concerns are did this customer even pay for that? Did this customer have the same order as me? When confronted the customer he did not know anything and when confronted the workers and asked to speak to a manager, a teenager completely lacked in customer service and began to be defensive and not even apologize about the lack of customer service and giving my order to someone else. I asked for her name and told her my concerns and she did not take into consideration anything I was saying. I did call corporate report this location and of course no response.

This is my second time coming to this location and they always DO NOT have soap in the restroom. They do not monitor sanitation. They do not monitor the 6 feet guidelines. They are out of compliance with CDC regulations. This is a BIG CONCERN that needs to be taken into immediate consideration. I will be reporting this business.

They need to work faster and definitely create a system to keep up with all of the orders. I understand it is a high demanding business, but this store clearly lacks management for it to be run in a nice area in Las Colinas among the other businesses.

Very disappointed in Creamistry and their lack in not monitoring and ensuring CDC Guidelines are met and caring for the safety of their customers and workers as they have their business open! Where are you corporate?? Please send people to monitor your locations and ensure the safety of your business is implemented and...
