Worst experience ever! The employee was very rude and ignorant. She should be fired to start with. I wonder how she was hired in the first place.

Saturday Night February 24 around 9:30 we went there and the girl who was working there was so rude she didn’t talk, respond to anything we asked her.

I ordered a Cookies and cream macaroon she gave 2 popsicle mango and cookies and cream flavored. I told her I ordered macaroon.

She walked away from the counter and started helping other guests, she served 3 guest, 1 to go order and I’m still at the counter waiting.

When the other guests came to pay she’s like “MOVE” HUH. Ridiculous at this point her behavior!

She finally got around and gave me the macaroon but she had charged me for 2 popsicles instead a macaroon which she owes me a refund for.

She’s like it’s the same and walked away again to help other guests.

I said there is a price difference can you please adjust? She did the same thing again walked away and helped everyone else. Wouldn’t talk, look at me or ever care to help.

After waiting 15 minutes I got mad and said you owe me a refund I would appreciate you will get this done now. I have been waiting for a long time.

Without saying a word she started to do something on the register I hoped she trying to get me a refund.

Amazingly she started texting someone and ignored me again totally. Then she went cleaning! But no word of getting a refund or apology for getting my order wrong and treating me this way.

NOTE TO OWNER PLEASE PULL UP YOUR “CAMERA” AND SEE HOW SHE INSULTED ME, MADE ME WAIT THERE 45 MINUTES AND STILL DIDN’T CARE TO RESPOND.

I NEED ACTION TAKEN AGAINST SUCH PEOPLE. IT WAS HUMILIATED AND PAINFUL TO SEE HOW WAS I TREATED FOR WHAT SHE DID WRONG. SHE LITERALLY DID NOT CARE.

I WAS HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF OTHER GUESTS BECAUSE I TRIED TO TALK TO HER SHE WOULDN’T AND HELPED OTHERS AND IT WAS WEIRED PEOPLE STARING AT ME. SHE LITERALLY VERBALLY PUSHED ME AWAY FROM THE REGISTER SO MANY TIMES IN FRONT OF PEOPLE.

I tried to go get a popsicle today (July 3, 2022) around 4pm and walked in to find no employee in the store. My husband and I waited for a few minutes to see if maybe they were in the restroom or preoccupied. After a few minutes my husband said "hello?" Loudly towards the back of the store. There was still no answer. Then another customer walked in. Another minute passed by and my husband decided to check the back of the store to make sure nothing seemed off and to make sure no employee was possibly harmed. Still, no one answered or appeared. Another minute passed by and an employee finally came in with a coke bottle in hand and quickly accused my husband of doing something wrong by checking the back of the store. His words exactly were, "you aren't supposed to go back there, I could get fired" even though he left the store unattended and the door unlocked for a matter of more than five minutes. I responded that he should be more worried about that and he gave us a rude sigh and look and then tended to the other customer. My husband and I were so taken aback by his accusation that it was us who did something wrong made us not want to spend our money here. This employee had no regard for the safety of the store or the contents within and was solely worried about the safety of his own job. I wouldn't want him to be one of...

I came across this place when I was visiting a friend nearby and he took me to this place. This is situated near to the Toyota Music Factory. Here is my perspective about the place.

Food (4 out of 5) - I tried their Green Matcha Popsicle. It was my first time trying out this flavor. I don’t like Green Tea much but still tough of giving it a try and I wasn't disappointed. It was good but I guess I would have loved other flavors such as chocolate more. Maybe I will give try to those next time.

Ambience (4.5 out of 5) - The place is not that big. The seatings comprise of wooden chairs and tables. I liked rustic brick wall and the gears hanging from the ceiling in the ambience. The ambience very well compliments their popsicles.

Service (4 out of 5) - The staff was welcoming and courteous.
