I ordered 8 pizzas/drinks/salads- for an employee lunch meeting 24 hrs. prior to a work event. I had expressed to Dominos staff, taking the phone order, that this was a Staff event and asked them to deliver by 12:15pm so our group could eat by 12:30 (to allow time for Dominos to make it by 12:30). At, 12:20 no pizza delivered so I called and asked if it would be here soon and the person that answered said "oh, you mean all these pizzas for xyz company?" " I answered "yes" but was thinking of how long the pizzas were sitting there... he then said "sorry we don't have a driver yet - you will get your pizza when we have a driver" I then reminded them of our delivery time and advised that we have staff waiting for lunch (who only have 1hr for lunch and brought nothing else to eat) and could he possibly let me know when our pizza would be here...he said he wasn't sure and did not even try and estimate a time... so,I stopped my work and drove to 108 Front Street N. Dominos in Issaquah, WA to pick up my order - there were no apologies - in fact they acted as if it WASN'T even there problem!! I would have least expected a call from someone to advise our order would be late...by the way there were TWO workers there when I arrived who kept stating how busy they were (although our pizzas were the only ones sitting there). I am very disappointed with this Dominos and there lack of customer service and lack of care. I/We will not be using the ISSAQUAH Dominos for ANY of our office caterings, as we have in the past...and will be sure to let all others know of this situation. Funny how this all could have been resolved had someone used some customer service and called to let me know...and an apology would have been nice since I had to apologize to all of...
Read moreWinter weather has hit the Northwest. I live and work out of Ellensburg, WA, but spend my days and nights running tow truck up through the crazy winter mountain passes all around Western Washington. Today I admit, my day started out a little later than most, having left the shop around 10am. When I am out on the road I don't usually get the luxury of stopping off for breaks and meals. All too often, my food comes in a bag, cold and dry like dog food. This fine evening I decided to see what places were still open in Issaquah (around midnight, which is the first time today I have not been enroute to a stranded motorist)... Issaquah has virtually nothing open late, and so I reluctantly decided I would check with the local Domino's Pizza, as the internet indicated they were open until 1am. I drove my big F-650 through downtown Issaquah to park near the Domino's. When I walked up to the door, I noticed the sign that said they stop carry-out service at 11pm. Well, I didn't expect anything at that point, but I figured it was still worth asking. The door was unlocked, so I poked my head in, and asked to clarify they would refuse carry out service. They said no carry out. I then asked, jokingly, if they could deliver to my tow truck as I have been working all day and havent had anything hot to eat all day. They told me they can't do that.
Well, I remain hungry, my clothes are soaked, my boots are soggy, I am tired, still have an hour and a half drive home, but I tell you this... When you're stranded up in the mountain pass, having ventured up the mountains with bald tires, no chains, and no planning, when you call me at 3am because you are cold, wet, and hungry, I won't refuse you service, because I am a decent...
Read moreIn addition to my 2 reviews below, tried to order again tonight, dominos has a nationwide 6.99 large 2 topping pizza deal for carryout now, when I put in our 2 pizzas, one was 11 dollars one was 14 dollars. Any toppings other than veggies are an extra cost I guess, however this isn't noted anywhere, had to figure it out by removing and adding things and checking my total after. Regardless, even a large cheese pizza was 7.99, so this location charges a dollar more than advertised before adding the 2 free toppings, after the toppings and changing the sauce, the price doubles. Unfortunately this is the only pizza place that delivers to my address, but I think this was the last straw, better to door dash from somewhere else for the same price. After seeing a 6.99 promo, cart total was 40 dollars for carryout for 2 pizzas with 2 toppings each plus tax.
Addition to my original review below, now they have a 9 dollar delivery fee and expect a tip in addition, the $6.99 2 topping medium pizzas end up being 8-10 dollars, because some toppings and sauces cost extra, but the online ordering system does not tell you which things cost extra, just the total price.
Paid extra for Alfredo sauce, no sauce on pizza. Super light on toppings, multiple slices missing one of the 2 toppings I ordered. Staff is dismissive. Very quick but the store was empty with only 2 employees and no orders on a...
