Have never been to any Jerzee's locations besides downtown Canton. That one was wonderful so I was excited to try out the one in Belden Village. So many things went wrong. First we ordered our kids food, they are 4 and 2 and we ordered lemonade for them to drink as they are not allowed soda, and when our bill came we saw that we were charged over $2 per lemonade and it was like a 6oz glass. I would have been ok with it, or may have just ordered water or milk had I been told in the first place that the lemonade was not included with the kids meals that say a drink is included. My 4 year old ordered mini corn dogs and fries and his food came out as a side of fries. By the time his corndogs were made the fries were cold. Neither me nor my husbands chips came with the dip that the waitress specifically asked us if we wanted. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with pickle, onion, and mayo only on it, and it came with only pickles. With the amount of other issues that we were focusing on with drinks, and missing stuff, I didn't realize until after our bill was paid, and we were walking out that there wasn't even bacon on my BACON CHEESE BURGER. And to top it off, there was maybe 6 tables of customers, so I can't even chalk it up to them being super busy. Seriously completely disappointed and will not be back as a customer unfortunately. I'm sure this company probably couldn't care less, but at the very least I hope they see this and know that their staff is completely screwing up peoples orders and not informing their customers of upcharges that are clearly not listed...
Read moreI usually meet up with my kids and friends here when I'm in town. They have really good food and lots of tv's to watch sports. Plus it's big enough to pull together a couple tables for 10 people if you get there early enough. Their pizzas are pretty darn good. The only disappointment was there sundays. They use to have a brownie sunday that was pretty awesome. But now they only have a cookie sunday that's just not close to the old ones. But everything else was great. My son had a cheese steak which he said was good. One daughter had a cascadia hamburger that was great and was so big she had to take half of it home. My other daughter and a couple friends had the pepperoni rolls, can't remember what they were called, but they looked good as well. The waitress did a great job checking on us and filling our iced tea's before they were empty! We didn't have any alcoholic beverages this time but they have the normal beer on tap as well as bottles and mixed drinks. There is also a full bar with tv's all around it if you are by yourself or with a friend and want a few beers and watch catch a game. I recommend Jerzee's as a go to sports bar as well as a place to socialize or get a lunch or dinner when you want good old fashioned...
Read moreMy husband and I went to Jerzees Belden location to listen to a band on Friday, March 15. We arrived early to get a table for 8. We ordered drinks and food. About an about later Scott, the manager, began hounding us regarding a time when the rest of our party would arrive. After two other rude encounters with him he hastily and harshly began to move our food and drinks aside to separate the tables. His comment was he âneeded to make money for his bossâ. We snapped a picture of him in the midst of his discourteous behavior and told him we would be writing a review. The bouncer, Ceoni, came to our table and demanded we leave unless the picture was deleted. He stood over us glaring and âbarking out ordersâ until the photo was deleted from the phone. Upon arrival at Jerzees, NO expectations were set by the waiter or manager regarding length of time we could âhold a tableâ before all parties arrive. If so, the above situation could have been avoided. Due to Jerzees poor communication, poor management skills and poor customer service, I...
