āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø Cerealsly Milky is an absolute must visit!

Not only do they make small-batch, specialty ice cream with unique flavors like lavender honey, Thai tea, and rhubarb vanilla (all created with liquid nitrogen right in front of you!), but the experience itself is just as sweet as the treats. They also offer hand-dipped ice cream, which you can enjoy in a cup or their delicious homemade waffle cones.

On top of the incredible ice cream, they serve a fun variety of drinks — refreshing spritzers, Lotus energy drinks, and coffee, so there’s truly something for everyone.

The shop is small but super cute and cozy, with soft pink and blue tones that make the whole place feel bright and inviting. There’s even some outdoor seating which is perfect when the weather is nice. It’s a great spot for families and kids, though the indoor space might be a bit tight for those using wheelchairs or mobility aids.

What makes Cerealsly Milky even more special is the owner, Issie. She is a phenomenal human — so kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can feel the love in every detail of the shop and every scoop of ice cream.

Seriously can’t recommend this...

We came in for the experience, the nitrogen was out, so you could only get ice cream from containers or a milkshake. I got a strawberry milkshake and it was made with strawberry flavored syrup, not real strawberries. For $10, not impressed at all.

Well, I found myself back the next day to give the benefit of doubt about real strawberries being used and just the syrup added, based on their original response. They indeed did have the nitrogen and was able to make the ice cream. It was delicious and didn’t have the artificial flavor like the night before, which could easily have been the syrup over powering the ā€œorganic strawberriesā€. I will say, it was much better (and cheaper) than yesterday. So maybe I hit them on an off day. However, as I went to update this review to give them credit due, I noted they updated their review telling me not to come back…. Wish I would have read this before buying from this establishment again.

And yes, that gray paint chip looking piece on the edge of my bowl was in...

Atmosphere: though I do not like the color scheme picked for the room. It serves its purpose well and creates a bubbly atmosphere pun intended.

Staff: they were pleasant helpful and explain the whole process to me clearly and easily so I understood how to order my ice cream.

Presentation: the making of the ice cream was quite interesting to watch. And I was captivated watching the liquid turn into a Frozen treat.

Product: to date I have only ordered one thing off the menu. Vanilla bean milkshake with fruity pebbles and Oreos, the flavors mixed together well, I am definitely not disappointed with my choice. But the milkshake texture was not quite right. It wasn't a stiff enough milkshake. And maybe that's by design I'm not quite sure.

As we are probably going to have a quite hot summer I will be in there at least a few more times to try additional milkshakes. I will be amending my review after each...

Visiting. We were on our way back to our hotel when we saw the pink decor and lights. We decided to head in for an evening snack. We weren’t sure what we wanted but we knew we wanted something sweet and fun. Angel was an absolute gem! She helped my husband and I find the right treat for each other. We also had some time to chat with Angel and we LOVE how she’s proud of her hometown and her work. Oh, about the place. It’s legit what you’d wish a snack shop would look/smell/feel like; light, sweet, and fun. It’s ADA friendly (ample space for my husband and his electric wheelchair). Oh, and the treats. I had the watermelon dirty soda and husband had a cookies and cream shake. Exactly the kinda sweet treat to end a great day. We look forward to enjoying more treats while we’re here. Mahalo, Angel and Cerealsy Milky!
