Pucker Wilson's JACC Location — Restaurant in Juneau

Blatantly Disrespectful: Just tried to go to the Valley location after rave reviews from friends. Worker saw my Black skin color and just looked through me like I wasn't even there. I stood there waving politely for 3-4 minutes so he could see me too. Sad to see a place so many enjoy not acknowledging my presence, even though I have the same money everyone else has. Don't go there!!!

Instead claiming a customer review is fake, you should try reaching out to them to figure why they felt so uncomfortable visiting your establishment. Perfect example of the type of intolerance I don’t want when going to a burger joint. I am a real person who lives in the Juneau community. I say again,...

WOW!! We saw Pucker Wilson’s on an episode of DDD as we were planning a trip to Alaska. We knew we wanted to try it then. Thankfully everything worked out in our favor and we were able to! We had a cheeseburger, the special of the day, and the cowboy sundae fries. We live in a great bbq place, however, I’m not kidding when I say I think that is the best pulled pork that I have ever had! The special hot chicken sandwich was the perfect balance of spice. And the burger my husband of few words described as “really good!” Which from him is very high praise! Would I come back from Missouri just for this?...

He made a poor version of a Cubano ( he put it on a hamburger bun 🤮) and I said that I didn’t like it on Instagram so then he blocks me ! You shouldn’t be in the restaurant business if you can’t take a little criticism 🙄 . Most of his food was adequate but now I won’t go back or recommend just for spite.

Update 9/4 Mr. Sensitive states I am a troll , one negative comment EVER does not a troll make . Apparently when he did something well and I “liked” it on Instagram then that was allowed and not trolling.
