I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brix, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic meal. But what truly made this visit special was our server, Raul—an absolute gem!

Raul went above and beyond to make sure we had the best dining experience possible. His friendly personality, deep knowledge of the menu, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcomed and valued. If I could choose no stars I would, it was our first time here and we were so excited based on the reviews and pictures on social media . We called ahead to see if we needed a reservation, they told us no just to come in. We had a bartender serve us . We ordered shrimp potato appetizer which would have been good if it didn’t come cold . When the food came they brought part of my meal and the wrong meal for Him, when they took it back they didn’t apologize and we waited another 20 minutes for his food. I finally got up and asked for the rest of my meal . All of the food and I mean all of it was cold . We waited another fifteen minutes for the bill. In my opinion , we had terrible service , no one cared about our food or the fact that it was my boyfriends birthday and he was sitting there after 45 minutes without food . This dinner was such a disappointment and I felt a waste of our money . The birria was ok, not half as good as a hole in the wall. I would never go here again.
