I visited Midtown Market for grocery shopping and first inspected the bread section. Unfortunately, most of the bread had mold. When I raised this issue with the cashier, he denied it and insisted that I replace it with another moldy item, displaying a poor attitude. He then told me to either accept the moldy bread or leave it. While I was complaining, he was distracted on the phone and ignored me, showcasing rude behavior. Additionally, the items lacked clear expiration dates, which is concerning for consumer safety. Please be cautious when purchasing from this location to avoid potential health risks and food I brought biryani and that too not good and the evening breakfast items were hard to eat even though they are warm. I am attaching evidence of the moldy product to validate my claims and ensure the accuracy of my review. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and they failed to greet...
Read moreStaff is always very friendly, which I greatly appreciate. There are some nice items that are not readily available in other grocery stores. Unfortunately however, this is the closest grocery store to my home by far and I still canât do my regular shopping here. The produce selection is limited and usually in poor condition and the dried good are always lacking in some very basic cooking staples. The main issue I have with it though is the prices. I can get twice the amount of groceries at Aldi for less than half what I pay hereâŠeven if Iâm buying items such as fresh fruit and frozen meals, which are typically more expensive. I wanted this place to be my go-to store since it is so close, but I am disappointed. Itâs fine for stuff like soda, alcohol, junk food, etc, but not really sufficient for people who cook a...

I'm still fuming after my horrific experience at Midtown Market in Kansas City. According to Google, they're supposed to be open until 11:00 PM. I arrived at 10:45 PM, only to find the door LOCKED AND BOLTED.
I knocked on the door multiple times, but the two employees inside completely ignored me. They saw me standing there, but chose to pretend I didn't exist. Not even a courtesy response to let me know they were closed.
Unbelievable. The sheer negligence and disregard for customers is appalling. If you're going to close early, at least have the decency to update your Google hours or put up a sign.
Midtown Market, you've lost a customer forever.
UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE HOURS, MIDTOWN MARKET. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE...
