Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kenosha

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever gone to. The service was terrible the 1st time but given another chance due to location and a 15 passenger van full of hungry people on 8/20/2021 at 1:30pm. I waited almost 30 min as the cars were not moving. When my turn came up to order the person said cash only. I said ive been in line almost 30 min and someone should have informed these people in line of this by a sign or someone coming out. She said are you going to order or not. I proceeded to order needing to cut down the order to accommodate the need for cash we often do not carry much of. I was already frusterated because there was no where to turn around as the orders are done with no backing out capabilities for a small car at this point but especially for a 15 passenger van like I was driving. In ordering she could not hear me. I went to the next window to order by seeing her and said you really need a sign out there. She said I do not have time for that. I said can I speak to your manager. She laughed and said I am the manager, are you ordering or not. I posted an example of the small drive thru area your in and just before this is where the original ordering area is located and you go into whats...

This Taco Bell needs a lot of help. I use the BP quite often to fill up and have attempted to order Taco Bell but always run into problems. Giving me the incorrect items. Not the correct drinks or size. Today was the last time I'll visit this establishment. After waiting for a carry out order for 15 minutes, I stood at the counter and waited for them to ask me about my order. They told me they lost my order and never saw the order come across. I had overheard them talking about a mix up in orders and I knew what happened. I played along because I didn't want to cause a scene. The person in charge was having problems with giving me my refund after admitting someone took the safe keys home the night before. After another five or so minutes of them helping other guests they finally were able to figure out how to give me my money back to my card. If you are thinking about getting food here please visit another Taco Bell. Worst customer service I have ever endured. Not once did they apologize for the situation. Had to pull out my phone to prove the charge...

The web and the store both say they close at 1:00AM. On Wednesday 3/11 (or Thursday you could say because it was just after midnight) I went through the drive through at 12:30AM. Menu and all lights inside were on, open as ever, yet no one was inside. Went to the drive window and still nothing. So I went inside the gas station it’s attached to and the clerk there checked to see if anyone was around and nothing. Few minutes later I went through the drive thru again and there were two girls working in there, they saw me through the window and quickly turned around and pretended not to see me. They then starting shutting off the lights and hiding. It was about 12:45. So I wasted 15-20 minutes trying to get food just to get blatantly ignored by employees who want to close up 30 minutes before the end of the night. I left my phone number with the gas station and never received any follow up. Love Taco Bell, but this one clearly doesn’t care about...
