This is one of Joe and I's FAVORITE places in Ketchikan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS all around! Everyone who works here is just so absolutely enjoyable! They are all so much fun and have the highest quality in customer serice! We LOVE Chris, Michael, Lisa (aka Kim)😉, Brittany, Trish, Doug, Jim and his sister! Now, THE FOOD, YUM! ❤️ We eat a lot of seafood as we live on the island of POW, so when we do go out to eat and order food we get the non-seafood options. This last time at Annabelle's Joe ordered the delicious mouth watering BBQ Prime Rib with cheddar cheese on a bun and I had the chicken linguine! Highly recommend both dishes but the bite of the BBQ Prime Rib Joe gave me, has me dreaming about it!! It was absolutely DELICIOUS! 😋 The drinks too, are amazing of course! 😁 We love their bloody Marys as they make their own 'fire water' which is spicy! 🔥 But SO good! They also have a great beer selection! ✨

Our visit to Annabelle's was an unfortunate experience. After placing our food order following drinks, we waited for 35 minutes, and the food was still not ready. At the 45-minute mark, we had to request the order to be canceled as we had other commitments. We also wanted to speak with the manager about the delays, specifically with Corey's handling of the situation. Unfortunately, the manager refused to identify herself and was not understanding of the situation. Despite explaining the timeline and reasonable expectations for food preparation, her response was disrespectful, and she accused us of unreasonable demands. We simply wanted an apology for the inconvenience and the food taken off the bill. Moreover, the delays affected not only our party but also two other families behind us, who also chose to leave due to the prolonged waiting times. The manager's conduct during this situation was unprofessional, as she yelled in the middle of the restaurant and made dismissive remarks, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone involved. To avoid any similar issues, I would recommend caution when dealing with customer service complaints at this establishment, particularly with the manager who refused to identify herself during our encounter. I have included a photo as evidence of the incident. It's disheartening to see such behavior from someone in a managerial position. I suggest considering other dining options if you anticipate potential delays and desire a more respectful and enjoyable experience.

I got the 1LB of assorted Alaska king crab and it was absolutely terrible. The whole reason I went here was because I thought that I would get fresh crab since this is Alaska. You would think that the crab would be fresh and delicious. Wrong. I even asked the server before ordering this dish if the crab is fresh and she assured me that it came fresh the night before. Well that was definitely not true or the kitchen decided to pawn off the old crab on me. Either way I was highly disappointed. This dish comes to almost 100 dollars after tax. The crab should be fresh. This tasted like the frozen king crab that I could buy back home from the grocery store but even worse. So be aware before you decide to order the 1LB of king crab. It might be fresh for some but it was definitely the old frozen trash they served me. I’ve eaten here twice and was actually impressed with the cod and calm chowder but after being served old tasting previously frozen crab I had to write this review so that the next person who is looking for fresh Alaska king crab doesn’t make the same mistake I did and waste 100 dollars on garbage. You will seriously be disappointed. Order the clam chowder instead it’s delicious.

Could be so much better, across the board. Unfortunately it's very slow service (45+ min until entreés arrived), understaffed (10+ min til we got water, 20+ min til we got bread), and overpriced. We've been here over a dozen times and it's always the same, so it was not just a fluke tonight. Most of the food is very good, but unfortunately tonight we ordered a full Dungeness crab and it came out with multiple rotten patches that I sadly didn't notice until halfway through eating because it was on the underside of the crab. Our server handled it well (whole dish taken off our bill) and was very kind which was appreciated, but like he said, it should not have made it through the kitchen. Especially at a restaurant that apparently specializes in crab dinners. We understand mistakes happen, but for such a supposedly high quality establishment this is not acceptable. This place *could* be really great.

Had a two-night stop-over in Ketchikan and both nights ended up sitting at the restaurant bar having the very BEST time with the two bar tenders Michael and Kim. These two ladies rocked that bar and took such good care of us. We ate crab until it was coming out've our ears and made such an awesome mess...and chowder and great cocktails. But, Kim and Michael really made the evening. Thank you both! We tried to come back a 3rd time, but it was raining too hard! We'll be back! We own our own fishing fleet and restaurant/ bar in Mexico and would've loved to take these two gals back to Mexico with us! Fantastic lunch. We stopped in for lunch from our cruise ship. Their clam chowder had been recommended to me by a friend and he was not wrong. On our next visit will just get three or four of the clam chowder and Collett a day it was that good. We sat at the bar in our server. Brittney was very friendly, prompt and attentive. All in all a great lunch, and would recommend them to anybody in the area.
