Jimmy's Ocean Blue Tiki Bar — Restaurant in Key West

Conveniently located if you are staying at the Hyatt Vacation Club. I highly recommend ordering poolside versus going up to the bar to order, as it seems like they prioritized those customers more. Twice during my attempt to order I was asked to wait as she delivered drinks to poolside folks. Also my non alcoholic pina colada was rung up for $12 when it was clearly advertised for $8. She did end up fixing it and apologized but it added a good 5-10 min to my wait as she attended on the poolside guests. The chicken sandwich with fries was good and good price ($14). I think i would have gotten my stuff faster had I waited by the pool - as they tend to make rounds every 20 or so minutes to ask pool goers if they want to place an order

5 Stars! Jimmy and his team knocked it out of the park! From the beautiful table set up and ambience, to the amazing staff that Jimmy had on site to coordinate this beautiful dinner for my better half’s birthday! Susie was absolutely stunning and really keep the party going while Oscar was in the background making what was the most amazing dinner we had the entire time we were down there. There wasn’t one thing that was missed or wrong with the entire evening. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a romantic and/or private dining experience with an amazing view of the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be back again just the two of us and also plan to bring some friends. Thanks Jimmy and the gang for an amazing key west experience! Again you all knocked it out...

I was recently staying at the Hyatt which is great but the older blonde lady bartender was awful. The day I checked in went to the bar to get food and drinks. She insulted 3 customers. My food was good. Drinks were ok at best. The rest my stay the blonde bartender would walk around complaining it was slow, insulting people. She went up to some people and was like why did you come here if your not laying around the pool all day. We planned to eat and have drinks there daily but the poor service turned us off and many others. Everyone I spoke to had the same complaints about her. The food was good just but pricey. This bartender is loosing money for the resort...
