Boss' Burgers and Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Keystone

I would never eat here again. I do not recommend this place. After a long day of exploring we were starving and wanted quick food. 3 of us ordered cheesesteaks; Simple enough. Ordering was painful as the staff didn't listen to anything we were ordering. The price was also way higher then we expected. Once the food was ordered and paid we found a table. It was gross, so we cleaned it off. After about 20 mins we still had not gotten any food. But people coming in after us were already eating. So we went up to figure out where our food was. Well they couldn't find our ticket. So we went over the whole order again. The staff were very rude. It was if we were bothering them from playing on their phones. Needless to say by the time we got food we had waited over 1 hr. Tired and ready to eat we decided to walk it back to the hotel. Jokes on us as every cheesesteak was soaked in grease. My parents attempted to eat it. I had a few bites and ended up being sick the remainder of the night. Save your money and go...

On vacation in my favorite state in the entire 50 and popped into Boss’s. Now my girls are difficult to feed and arguably the pickiest eaters I’ve ever known. Not only did the staff offer to make an off-menu item for my oldest (that she completely finished); my youngest decimated all her tater tots and more than half of her gigantic, delicious cheeseburger…I was allowed a couple of tots, and hot damn they were good. Whatever seasoning they use on the fries and tots is straight fire!!! We ate at 4 of the local diners and dives, and Boss’s Burgers & Cheesesteaks was by far the best. Probably gonna grab a burger or two when we hit the road. If you’re in the area deciding where to eat, don’t waste your time anywhere else. Don't let the pictures fool you. My family had the sad experience of dining here 6.20.22 and believe me we will not be back. If you crave old Mac and Cheese for your little ones, stale bread on your burger and overcooked fries and meat then this is the place for you. It was so bad we actually felt robbed after our dining experience. I was able to save some entering customers from this poor quality food at Boss Burgers. It is so sad how the employees cooking this food take No Pride in making/serving food to their guest. (Just a summer job and most of these customers will be on there way). Sad sad sad!!!

Please pay attention to the poor reviews more than likely this is what you will encounter here. I did not and my family paid for it.
