Went there last night. God was that a disaster... After a long day of moving I decided to get my family and friends food from here since we are all Puertorican and this place back home is amazing. Decided to go through the drive thru since I was by myself and needed to order ten 1/2 chicken Combo meals. Arrived at 7:26PM as soon as I pulled up I was told to wait a few minutes which I was ok with. A few minutes later she came back and I warned her that I was ordering a big order with 10 Meals and which she asked me again to give her a few more minutes. At around 7:40PM finally took my order (There was not a single car in front of me the entire time I was there. Drove to the window and sat there until 7:47PM when I got charged and informed that she forgot to put two items on the ticket so I asked her to add them and she charged me. Then she came back gave me half of the meals and said that they ran out of rice and that it will be another 20 minutes and asked me if I wanted to wait or leave after paying $95 on food I said thats fine I’ll wait, I have a whole family hungry back at home and they were really excited to eat from there so 35 minutes went by and no food. Got off my car and went inside. The manager was at the register, the most rude person ever on this place I told her that how much longer and she said another 20 minutes (mind you it has been almost an hour from when I ordered) I said I wait. I had all 10 drinks and half of the meals sitting in my car. Another employee asked me a question and was trying to make up for it and the manager was shouting to me from the other side of the whole counter that if I wanted food I needed to wait or if I wanted she could give me raw rice to see if I liked that. At this point I lost all respect for this woman, she has 0 customer service and was a piece of trash. I did not say a word and just stood there. I watched how 5 meals with half chicken where sitting on the counter for over 1 hour waiting for the rice and yes they served me the cold chicken when the rice came out. I work in the food industry and the food must be 135 degrees or above to be safe to eat and served. They gave me my food at 9:10PM with chicken that was probably 80 to 90 degrees from sitting on the counter for over 1 hour and which for poultry is a safety hazard and people can get illness from it. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I WILL CONTACT THE FOOD SAFETY AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT on this people this is...

The manager was extremely rude to me and actually yelled at me to go to the back of the line as she walked away refusing to help me. Let me explain. I purchased food and drinks to eat in the restaurant. When I got settled in at a table I proceeded to go to drink fountain for some lemonade. I then realized that the soda fountain did not have lemonade ( it was empty). I walked back to the counter and asked nicely if she could get me some lemonade. She said no we are out. I explained I do not drink soda could she then get me a lemonade from the juice container behind the counter. I explained that last time this happened ( yes it happened last time I was there too) that I was offered the lemon juice. She then yelled I told you we don’t have lemonade. I then said I see it what do you mean? She then said well you have to pay for that. I told her I have no problem paying but please don’t tell me you don’t have something I can see you do. Then I said I’ll have one she then walked way screaming at me. “If you want it go to the back of the line and wait with everyone else”. I was stunned and in total disbelief. I was treated so disrespectfully. I drove 40 minutes to specifically eat there like I always have done in the past because I used to think it was worth it. I used to like the food, the service and value. My entire family sisters, cousins etc would go there regularly. Well No More. If this is how little you care about your customers regular or not, then you don’t deserve my hard earned money and valuable time. Shame on you. I won’t be back. Wow, what can I say. My family and I went in to what we thought would be a quick and easy hot Puerto Rican meal. What we thought would take 10 minutes max, as it is a buffet of already MADE food turned out to be a wait of 30 minutes to just get the food. The girls were all running around trying to do twenty things at once, taking one order a time before rushing out to do another thing. The place also is NOT following CDC guidelines. Especially the ones working with the food, masks hanging below the chin and touching food. The same girl serving us food was also being the cashier while having to stop and run out to do things. Not to mention when we FINALLY got to the cashier to pay for the food, the ever so generous ladies began to resolve customers problems right next to us, preventing our cashier/jack trade girl to get us to the table to eat. When we finally got to sit down to eat, we noticed the guy who was cutting the meat with the machete, which seemed to be for display purposes only because he couldn’t even count a full chicken as we were missing parts of the chicken. The place was a mess within the kitchen area, food thrown all over the floor and plates. They also do not offer plates. Suggestion, if they can’t even handle the inside of the restaurant, why would they even have a drive through?

I don’t recommend, this place some serious management and order to function smoothly. Please also make sure to police your employees to wear there...
