Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Knightdale

I must say this is a very well ran Moe’s operation. The moment I got in line a young man was so responsive to what I needed, with a smile and he took care of me well, then for the other additions into my dish, a young lady asked me with a smile how she can help me as to what I needed to add into my plate, And both of these team members were wonderful. They took care of me. They asked the right questions and they were so polite and engaging at the same time engaging meaning what my desire was for my meal. They actually wanted me to enjoy my meal the way I wanted to be prepared. Then I see a gentlemen who was interacting, actively with the staff, so I felt he was a manager or the owner. so when I went to pay for my meal, I asked the young man are you the owner or the manager? He stated that he is the manager, I asked for his name, he said his name is Jose. Well then I said Jose, you have such a wonderful team behind you. I have been to many Moe’s Southwestern for my lunch and dinner throughout our wonderful United States. But I will tell you this location surprised me very much as employee greeted and made sure that the customer was happy and they did that with a smile and care of what I requested. The end result was that my food was prepared with care and love. Anything that goes into our body with wonderful folks that prepare our food for us if they are in a good mood, those vibrations will come into our dish. And I will tell you when I got home. My Moe’s Southwest tastes very delicious and well prepared just the way I like it. (I sure loaded up on sauces, as I am all about the sauce) I Personaly feel. That Jose and his team are one of the top in all the Moe’s locations that I have been to. Thank you knightdale Moe’s Southwest Team. (Young tall caucasian man, wonderful Latin lady, and wonderful young African American brother, I want to convey to you that my meal was wonderful because it was prepared and handled buy some very good brothers and sisters as your self. And thank you Jose. I approached you, asked if you were the owner or Manager. Because I was observing your interaction with the team members, and you states you were the manager. And I thanked you for having and training such a wonderful team. It is not easy… what you have achieved... as I say this as I am a manager my self with 80 Team members. Keep it up. This is THE WORST Moe’s I have ever been to! The staff acts like you are bothering them. The restaurant is dirty. I have to continuous ask them for clean food. At one point there was grilled onion juice in the queso. I had to ask for clean queso and you would have thought I was asking for a million dollars. Last night was the last straw for me. I was asking for my bill to be explained to me because the prices kept changing. I asked to speak to the manager after receiving attitude from the employee. The manager came out and did not speak English. I have no issue with her being the manager but I didn’t want to speak to that employee anymore and I was left to speak to him and deal more with his attitude since he was translating. The manager is nice but couldn’t communicate with me. She just kept pointing to the paper. I would have liked to discuss with her the treatment I received from her employee for her to speak to the employee. I have already complained on the Moe’s website but I doubt they will call me to discuss since this isn’t the first time I complained about this restaurant on their website ! I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED (BUT DONT WORRY; I WILL BE BUYING THIS LOCATION OUT ONCE I SETTLE MY CASE). I WAS HERE LITERALLY JUST A 2ND TIME TO GET THE PROMO SINCE I HAD MISSED IT LAST WEEK. LAST WEEK, I ONLY TRIED 2 SAMPLES SINCE U HAVENT BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND I USED TO RELY OFF THEIR COMPETITION (WELL NOT SO MUCH BC IT'S NOT EVEN ALL THAT). YET THE STILL, I WAS APPROACHED BY A MALE ASSOCIATE WHOM KNOWS HE WOULDN'T WANT A MALE APPROACHING A FEMALE FIGURE HE KNOWS. HE ASKS ME "ARE YOU HERE FOR AN APPLICATION OR FOR FOOD??" EXCUSE ME??? WHO ARE YOU TO SPEAK TO ME IN THIS MANNER?? I ASKED HIM IF HE A PROBLEM WITH ME AND HE NEVER HAD AN ANSWER; ONLY "I WILL CALL THE POLICE" LIKE THE WUSS HE IS. THAT WAS DISMISSIVE & DISRESPECTFUL ESP. SINCE I DIDNT APPROACH HIM IN ANY WAY. COME TO FIND OUT, THE FEMALE WHO WORKED THERE WITH THE GRAY HAIRS BACKDOORED ME FROM MY LAST VISIT DUE TO THE COP'S INFO. APPARENTLY, 'SHE TOLD THE WHOLE STAFF ABOUT ME SAMPLING FOOD' WHEN I ONLY TRIED THE CHICKEN AND BIRRIA SINCE IT'S BEEN A YEAR. WHY COULDNT SHE SPEAK TO ME HERSELF AS A WOMAN?? WHEN THE COP HAD HER COME OUTSIDE SHE DIDNT EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION AS TO "WHAT FOOD I HAD" BUT SHE WALKED AWAY. DISGUSTING AF BUT DONT WORRY I WILL BUY THIS...
