This diner is absolutely the best quality food with the friendliest environment as well. I personally have been stopping in every Saturday for breakfast to pick up and take to work to start my day right. I am always greeted with the warmest welcomes and friendly smiles. You cant ask for a better place to pick up a bite to eat. From the welcoming staff and seeing the owners working the grill and managing the house it makes you feel like they truly care about their restaurant. My favorites would be the Wilbert Omelet and the Big Mouth Breakfast sandwich this food is truly top notch. I will keep grabbing my breakfast from here as long as I am working in Laconia. Truly makes my week!

It was solid for what it was - if you want a decent breakfast at modern, 2023 prices (think $13-$18/meal), then this is a solid option. My omelette was alright, not terrible, and the homefries were pretty good. The other members of the party ordered a benedict and the cowboy omelette. The benedict was pretty good, the loaded homefries are a solid option. The cowboy omelette was pretty bad ngl, the steak tasted like it had been boiled and was unexpected. Overall, the food was a 3/5. The service was great, our waitress was on top of it and the food came pretty quick. The atmosphere was standard for a diner restuarant

This was a fantastic place. We hadn't been to this part of NH in a number of years and we were very happy to see that there are now great breakfast eateries! The staff were very attentive and friendly. While we were able to be seated right away and put our order in soon after. There was a very long wait to get our food (30-45 mins), due to the kitchen having gotten backed up...that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It was however very worth the wait, as long as you have the time. Great, different food options.

I would give it a negative review if I could.... Call completed with Ted Roy . My eye is red because I had an allergic reaction to a lash glue. The waitress Paula instead of just asking and at least giving decent service assumed I had pink eye and decided to avoid me when I didn't have pink eye at all. That is no way to treat people that come ibto your establishment. It is no excuse for bad service. No matter what the table was going to need to be cleaned whether I supposedly applied makeup or not at the table which realistically was the bare minimum of literally just putting a little bit of foundation on in a tiny bit on my eyes after I put in my contact lenses. I in no way had goopy eyes whatsoever to even make someone think for a moment that I had pink eye. There's plenty of conditions out there that can cause somebody to have a bloodshot eye including my son that sometimes gets migraines and it causes the side of his eye to get bloodshot. That gives no excuse to treat a customer differently just because they have a bloodshot eye for an allergy to a lash glue. If anything the conversation that I just had on the phone with Ted just confirm for me that his employee automatically profiled me as somebody that had pink eye and that all of a sudden gives her an excuse to then treat me differently than all of her other customers. Any waitress from a distance can very safely ask if everything is all set at the table or if my son needed a refill on his drink since the entire meal he had no drink whatsoever because he drank it before his meal even came to him. Your waitress needs a lesson and how to treat customers appropriately and with compassion because she obviously automatically diagnosed me just by looking at my eye with pink eye not really actually seeing the appropriate symptoms of it other than the fact that my eye was red. By your reasoning if I go to any public place at all you are basically telling me that it's okay for everybody that I come into contact with to basically treat me less than a normal customer or Patron to their business just because my eye was bloodshot in the corner of it because I have an infection from eyelash glue. Or that people should automatically look at others and automatically diagnose them and their heads with something that isn't even valid to begin with. Your thought process and how your waitress decided to treat myself and my 12 year old son is severely damaged. i will never be back to your establishment. I was at Meineke just this morning and told the guy at the front desk about my trip to the ER for my allergic reaction to the glue in front of customers in the lobby. They treated me with dignity and great customer service because they didn't diagnose me....

EDIT FOR RESPONSE: The company's response is a lie. I did not eat any of those eggs (and still paid for them), nor did I finish my breakfast because of how I was being treated. Further, I didn't cuss at anyone. I am not surprised with this response; however, as I assume it is from the 'cook/owner' whose live interaction was grotesquely immature and unprofessional. This really speaks volumes about this restaurant and only further reiterates the reasons why I will never be back. Beware of this business. Just because someone owns a business does not mean they know how to run it.

Original review: Messed up my order twice and then told me they were going to charge me twice to remake it. For breakfast place, they were really struggling on how to make an over medium egg. When I cut into it, it ran all over everything, After using almost an entire napkin to sop up the mess and create a barrier to prevent it from consuming my toast, which it did. I asked for them to check it because they had delivered me over easy egg, and when they delivered it again, one of them was closer to medium but the other one was like Snot. At that point I had decided I wasn't going to try to have that make it again because it was obvious they were struggling with it and instead ask them just for scrambled eggs which I figured they couldn't screw up. After messing up my order twice, the waitress said they would have to charge me again for more eggs. And the manager was going to come talk with me. a guy came out of the kitchen identifying himself as the owner and cook, entirely combative, telling me he would have to charge me to remake it. He was so rude and made me feel like a child he was scolding. I told him although I had been there plenty of times before, I would not be coming back. At this point he was irritated at my response, and told me he was going to charge me twice anyway. I decided not to finish my breakfast because the experience was so frustrating, paid the bill and left. I told the owner that this is bad for business. He deserves to have this negative review, because you don't treat...

I have come the this restaurant twice in the 6 years I have lived here. Both times disappointed. The first time I got the florentine omelet it was somewhat bland had a little flavor and cold. But didnt complain, ate my meal because my boyfriend loves this place. The second time was a few weeks ago. Went with a friend. Got the veggie omelet. Again it was cold but the middle of it was warm. I had gotten the sweet potato hashbrowns which was an upcharge. The waitress came back and asked if everything was fine we said it was ok. Now I hadn't touched my hashbrowns yet when she came to the table. So when I did get to them the were stone cold and and raw! My friend and I complained to the waitress and all we got was a I'm sorry and she walked away. Went and found someone to complain and then the manager was coming out of a meeting. She came over and asked what the complaint was. I told her my hashbrowns were cold and raw. She said well the waitress had come back and tou said it was ok I said yes because I hadn't touched my hashbrowns yet. She said well did she offer a replacement or a refund i said no. I said I dont mind pay for what I ate which was just the omelet, but I am not gonna pay for raw food that I didnt eat or even got replaced. And all i get is a sorry? NO!!! The manager only refunded the upcharge for the sweet potato hashbrowns. So I paid full price for an entire meal and only got to eat my omelet. ITS SAD! Now mind you the flavors are good in the omelets I had on these 2 occasions. That's why they get...
