We have been dining here for the past ten years. The lady who usually works the lunch shift is always wonderful and the food is almost always good. Our last two visits at later hours have convinced us to no longer support this location. The customer service on December 27 was unacceptable. We encountered a very hostile staff member who acted as though she was angry at having to be there. Wouldn't look at customers and barely spoke. I wanted to ask for more info about the app but didn't. I wasn't going to force her to speak to me. The worst was when I asked for a refill (we opened our drinks at the counter in front of her) and she said, "did you know there's a hair in the cup?" It sure wasn't mine. Then she proceeded to refill the same cup - she couldn't be bothered to give me a fresh drink. Needless to say, it went straight into the trash. That was unacceptable not only for foodservice and health standards but for customer service as well. I sent a message to Captain D's through their website but they never bothered to respond. The app is useless. There's no way to scan a receipt (like DQ has) so there's no way to add points at the time of purchase, whether dine-in or drive-thru. So I deleted it from my phone. Read moreThe owner/general manager was operating the drive-thru with a young teenager and drive-thru was moving so slow I know just the 12 minutes that I sat in the Drive-Thru before it became my turn to order, at least five cars drove away. I ordered $50 worth of food got the order stopped to check it missing our grilled shrimp, drive-thru still wrapped around the building had to go inside to get the grill shrimp and the condiments that I asked for that I did not receive there was several people inside waiting to get their food and/order, finally got to eat the food and it was just warm, cheese sticks were not hot.the cheese had already melted out some and it was solid not gooey cheesy, the rest was fairly decent but by far not the best Captain D's food I've had, to have the owner general manager whatever he was actually working brings great disappointment because him being right there front center should have made sure the food was correct,...

We sat on the drive thru waiting for the workers to take order for the car in front of us for 15 minutes then pulled up to place our order and were told to hold. We sat in the drive thru at the pick up window 30 minutes waiting to get our food and drinks. While sitting at the window it appeared there was an employee in a shower cap with what appeared to be pjs on with a toddler running around behind the counter , in the lobby and thru the door going into the kitchen. While sitting there we watched this person bag food and then went out and left. The one employee lefy nevet acknowledged us sitting at the window for the amount of time to let us know what was taking so long, she proceeded stocking and cleaning.
