The sign on the door says open until 10 pm come on in .Had a lady working on the inside making motions for me to go thru the drive thru I did.Got around to the speaker and menu sign neither one of them are lit up to see what you want . Told the guy taking orders exactly got to the window payed . I had to pull up from the drive thru window to wait on them to cook some fries. Only two cars there both me and one more car the only 2 there and 3 people ordering and had to wait.I told the guy I want spicy chicken on my order.When I got to the window the guy was nice but I could see that light skinned old heifer with the stank attitude was on the other side of him guess she is the manager and calling the shots.Then she brought my food to my car with her stank attitude like she didn't really want too. I seen the conditions they were working in and was kinda sympathetic who works in a fast food restaurant having to use a floor fan to keep cool working around hot grease and ovens.Who ever owns the restaurant should be ashamed having people to work under those kinds of conditions. But the lady who brought my food doesn't have any kind of customer service skills with her stank attitude. Piss poor management and owner or owners. First and last time ever eating here again and the chicken wasn't good at all that's why I wanted spicy.If I could give 0 stars they would have one. I'll buy and cook my own chicken before I eat here again.And to the old lady you need to lose that stank attitude if you work a restaurant or fast food .Signed 😡 pissed off customer. Read moreI went there once about five years ago and it was terrible. I ususlly go to KFC, but I was in there that night and the line was through the door. They were so backed up they weren't even taking orders. So, I thought, why not. I'll try Church's. maybe it has gotten better since it is still there. I was wrong. Its worse and they now charge you for it. I can see why KFC is so busy.
The staff is a bit rude. Maybe that's pushing it. They just weren't very friendly and they weren't busy.
The place isn't exactly clean, espcially if you make the mistake of using the bathrooms or glancing at the edges of the floors, counters or windows. Scary.
A gigantic issue is the prices. I ordered four pieces of chicken and two regular fries (no drinks) and our bill was over $25.00. Completely outrageous for small pieces of chicken that has little or no seasoning, and has more coating than meat. That coating was so thick I couldn't bite through it and meat that is tough and stringy. The fries were as limp as noodles and dripping with oil. I took them home, put them in the air fryer and poured out grease afterwards. I tasted one. So gross. I threw it all out in the yard for the crows and I think one of them gave me the finger.
I'm not great at making fried chicken, but I could throw it at the pan and it would taste better than this did.
I will never go back and it might be awhile before I eat fried chicken...
Read moreThis is the WORST place you can ever imagine to purchase food. The customer service is nonexistent they are shortstaffed the manager is very rude and the food is quite frankly mediocre. I placed an online order on the companies website. I went to pick up the order only to be told I needed to cancel my order. Nobody contacted me to inform me that my order was not able to be fulfilled. I was informed that it could not be canceled in the store and I could not be issued a refund. I offered to pay the premium for the white meat that was denied.
I requested the GM information was provided with the district manager Trent. ( I must admit the lady was nice and tried her best to resolve the issue) unlike the manger (Taniel/Taneal) in the store who was rude and disrespectful. This lady also charged my card illegally after being informed by the district manager to provide me a refund. Although, I didn’t get my exact order I after two hours and three trips to the location; speaking with customer service; complaining via a survey and writing an email. I plead to any potential customer … Please DO NOT SUPPORT this establishment.
