Arrived just after 10am on a Saturday, walked in and ordered two drinks. It was busy but the staff looked like they were working hard so I didn’t think much of it. 40 minutes later our drinks hadn’t been made and weren’t even in the queue yet - the staff was polite but could only tell us it’s “going to be a while”. The drive through was wrapped around the building and back on to the street. We left without our drinks because we had an appointment to get to. Another reviewer mentioned you could drive to Newnan get a drink there and be back in Lagrange faster and that rings true of my experience. If only the person taking our order had greeted us by saying “The wait for drinks will be an hour, what can I get for you?” At least then we could have made an informed decision when ordering.

Lowering my original 3 star to 1 star and I'm taking my business to other coffee shops. I am consistently disappointed by Starbucks service across the board, this store included. I placed a mobile order only to be told I had to use the drive-thru anyway which had cars wrapped around to the front of the store, and that I couldn't cancel my Mobile order without going through the drive-thru as well. So a service that Starbucks advertises as quick and efficient is downgraded to waiting in a long line of cars without the ability to conveniently cancel or given the opportunity to at least know that the wait time would be excessive before placing the order.

First and foremost, this store has shortened its hours and closes almost 2 hours earlier than previously. This is frustrating as I use to always stop by after work. Secondly, the price has absolutely skyrocketed to get anything here. It’s absolutely insane to pay so much money for a drink that lasts no more than 10 minutes. Starbucks used to be pretty efficient when it came to waiting in line, however, now you can most definitely expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes in line and for them to get something wrong with your order. Lastly, the employees I have encountered here are very unfriendly and do not give off those good barista vibes that Starbucks always used to have throughout the years.
