Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Short line and relatively quick service. I order two lemon ice drinks. After paying and approaching the ice drink machine, I had notice an insane amount of black mold inside the machines and on the spout of the machines. After realizing after already paying, I went to the cashier and politely said, “I don’t want a refund, but I don’t want this. You have mold in your machines, all of them.” The cashier quickly snapped back with an attitude saying, “We clean the machines every day. And the mold is only on the OUTSIDE.” She said that like it made the situation ok or like it excused the black mold. And after walking toward the door, the cashier said “And I’m not giving you a refund.” I wasn’t looking for a refund, but she showed the true character of the way this business runs itself.
Black mold is black mold. This business needs to throughly clean their supplies and machines and also adhere to suggestions and complaints of its customers; even if this customer paid for basically no product and terrible service.

Read moreThis is one of our absolute favorite places in Laguna, so it pains me to write this. But the last couple of times we stopped by (somedays they were busy, somedays not at all), service wasn't good/ not nice. One weekend, we went in a few mins after they opened and they said they wouldn't be making a veggie slice pizza that day. So we left and when we stopped by an hour later, they had it made fresh. This repeated on another occasion/weekday. Yesterday we ordered pickup via door dash, the order status remained "in progress" for 45 mins, and even after I went in, picked up, and left. So that tells me noone bothered changing it to "ready for pick up". The base was rock hard and dry, it was not even worth the drive or $18 price. Only the slice pizzas are worth trying and only if they've been made fresh. Otherwise, skip.

Read moreIt was wouldn’t be helpful to just complain so I’ll give some actual information on what went wrong. The online ordering system is a mess. They didn’t keep good track of the order coming in and the ones they were giving out. Our order was either given to someone else or not made. Second, the management was a mess. It was busy but we were being helped next to the counter which was good, then he left and came back 1 minute later and forgot when had been helping us. Had to start all over. After finally starting to make out pizza it was completely rushed and a bit undercooked. It did not taste good. If this were a cheap pizza joint I would have been more forgiving on the taste but the medium pizza was $25. Insane. They need to workout their system of balancing walk-in and online orders.
