I brought my dad here for his birthday because he wanted some Italian food and this place was a great find! We parked in the orange garage at Disney Springs and a short walk, in the hot sun, to the restaurant. We first stopped off at the top level thinking it was Enzo's Hideaway but we had to go down some stairs to get to it. As soon as we walked inside the cool air was refreshing. I had called ahead and made a reservation about 30 minutes beforehand but since it was about 3pm, it was fairly empty aside from the bar. The atmosphere definitely makes you think it's a hideaway, a lot like a wine celler. There was even drawings on the wall, possibly from previous guests? We had a nice booth table and could see most of the restaurant. No windows, but the designs inside worked well. We got drinks, my dad got a Sierra Nevada pale ale and I went with the Sicilian Mule (Tito's handmade vodka, ginger beer, orange juice, and lime juice) which was excellent. We looked over the menu and ended up ordering the same thing. We both got the Ravioli Formaggi which has fresh egg pasta, cheese filling, pomodoro sauce, and basil pesto. I added meatballs ($10 extra) and my dad added Bolognese ($10 extra) as he wanted more of a meat sauce. He also wanted some bread but they don't do it by the slice, it's a Focaccia loaf that's been pre cut for easy tear away ($9 extra) but it was an excellent addition to the ravioli. I was a little disappointed the pesto sauce was so minimal and would have liked more, but I was still delicious and the meatballs almost melted away. We decided to also try a dessert, as it was his birthday after all. He got Maria's Cheesecake al Limone which had macerated strawberries, basil, and lemon curd. He enjoyed it but said without the lemon curd, it was a little bland. I got the Dark Chocolate Budino which had praline cream, candied hazelnuts, and vanilla gelato. Mine was pretty good, the chocolate cake was a little dry and could have used a little more chocolate inside, but it was coated in chocolate which balanced it out. Our waitress, Laumir, was very helpful in any questions we had on any of the items. Overall it was a great lunch and...
Read moreEnzo’s Hideaway is a must-visit if you’re in Disney Springs! My friend and I came here for our last night in town, hoping to treat ourselves to a nice dinner—and wow, did this place deliver. The food was absolutely incredible. I swear I’ve never had better pasta in my life. Every bite was seasoned to perfection, and it was so good we ended up finishing all four of our plates. Yes, four! Everything was just that delicious—we couldn’t pick just one dish.
We started with the FOCACCIA DELLA CASA with ricotta, and it was out of this world. The focaccia was light and airy with perfect little air pockets, clearly rested well and baked fresh. The ricotta was equally fluffy and smooth, and they served it with a side of olive oil and balsamic. Our amazing server, Samantha, even suggested dipping it in the red sauce from our pasta—and it was divine. Honestly, that sauce might be the best tomato-based sauce we’ve ever had. It wasn’t too acidic, just rich and flavorful with the perfect balance.
For our entrees, we got the RAVIOLI AI FORMAGGI and the PACCHERI AL RAGÙ DI CAVOLFIORE. The ravioli was cheesy, salty, and perfectly seasoned. The paccheri had this crispy, cheesy top that gave way to a creamy, savory center—it was so comforting and flavorful. We paired our meal with two drinks—my Hinky Mule was refreshing and delicious.
On top of the incredible food, our server Samantha made the night even more memorable. She was clearly busy helping other tables but still made us feel seen and cared for. She checked in often, gave us honest and helpful recommendations, and was just full of warmth and positivity. Her energy alone is a reason to come back.
All of that—two alcoholic drinks, two entrées, and an appetizer—came to about $100, which is honestly amazing for the quality and experience. It was the perfect way to end our trip, and I would come back in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation—you...
Read moreI’m an avid Disney goer. I spend a lot of time at Disney Springs and love the aesthetic of this bar but I will never return after the way I was treated tonight. I was out with my friends, we went bowling and we wanted to grab another drink so we headed here. We sat at the bar and were given menus with no greeting. The bartender stated just drinks or are you eating too? We said just drinks. 4/7 of us order a drink and later a different 4 got a singular round of shots. An hour goes by and one female attempted to order another round and the bartender said “no I’m not serving you”, we asked why and she stated “I am just doing my job”. At this point I was annoyed, we had been treated with disgust from the beginning and now we are not even given the respect of an answer to why we are being cut off. In fact a manager was sent to the bar guest next to us to explain why he could not buy his bar mates (the men of my group) a drink. These men were never informed that they were cut off, each of them only having a singular glass of wine. I worked service industry for 8.5 years (bartender, server, and key), cutting someone off can be uncomfortable, I understand this but there is tact and etiquette. She never pushed food or sent a manager over the explain it to us. No one was obnoxious or overly intoxicated. My biggest response is if you were “just doing your job” why didn’t you check the identification of 3 individuals who are clearly mid 20s? All of us were legal drinking age but by law they are required to check. This complaint is not about being cut off really, it’s about not being treated with respect but instead with passive aggressive behaviors. For anyone going to Disney Springs, this place does have great food but do not expect the same level of professionalism in the staff as other...
