The food at this Burger King is often fresh and hot! However, there are a few things I need to complain about. Before I get started, some advice to anyone reading this review: Do not come to this Burger King if you are on a tight schedule or even have an hour until your work period; make sure you have nothing else going on that day before coming there. Whenever there’s a line, it takes 5+ minutes per car, and usually, it would take 20 minutes or more just for a line of 6 cars. This is supposed to be fast food, not waiting in your car for half an hour. While I do appreciate the efforts the staff makes, they must obviously be short staffed. For somewhere like Chick-Fil-A, I would understand the long wait a little more, but for a place like Burger King, it feels kind of ridiculous. As for the service, it varies depending on who’s there. Last time I went, I waited almost half an hour for my food and drink. Once I finally got it, they got the drink order wrong. I ordered a large cup of water and they gave me a large cup of coke. I give the service three stars because of how it various. I give the food 5 stars because it’s very good, but considering this is a fast food place, I would give the wait 1 star. Read moreThe food was what I expected. They forgot to give me bbq sauce but it was busy so I didn't complain. The ketchup pump was out of service. The large man behind the counter did end up giving me some packets but he was very short with me. After we received our food (normal wait time) the large man working started yelling at the people in the kitchen. He was not nice about it either. I know that they were busy but you can't treat people like that. It just kept getting worse and louder until finally I had to speak up. I told him that he doesn't need to yell at people like that and that he was making my time here unenjoyable. To his credit he did apologize.

Read moreCalled to ask if they were open and the lady who answered the phone couldnt have been more rude, the reason we called was because we had just gone to a different Burger King that was 10 miles away from this one and it was closed so we didnt want to drive 10 miles to this one if it was closed as well so we decided to call to make sure it was open before driving 10 more miles and the lady who answered the phone was like " in a very rude voice" said, " obviously we are open" and I stated well the other one was closed so I just wanted to make sure and she responded, ' "obviously there closed they just had a fire yesterday, so..me being from out of town with my children on a short vacation obviously didnt know this and she rudely just hung up on me, moral of the story...learn how to treat your customers and mabey you...
