Came in tonight to eat a quick dinner with my family. There was a group of originally 3, but eventually 5 kids, running around the restaurant and acting like a group of wild animals. It’s McDonald’s, fine, they’re kids, let them be kids. It wasn’t even an issue…. UNTIL they started being rude to my 8 year old Daughter and then began running around yelling and swearing, throwing cups around the dining room, going behind the counter where the employees are, and then STOOD AND WALKED ON THE TABLES!! The manager did ask them to get away from the counter, to which they replied “my grandma works here”. The employee working the counter was clearly stressed, manager looked like he was at a loss, and we were annoyed and ended up just leaving. I understand this is not ALL of the employees faults, and I honestly feel bad for them that they even have to deal with anyone acting this way…. HOWEVER, what a horrible experience. I’m not understanding why this was allowed. If Grandma had to watch the grandkids, it should be at home if the kids can’t learn to respect your place of work and behave. I’d rather wait 30 mins for a burger because they’re short staffed for the night, than EVER experience that again. Manager should have took charge of the situation and let the grandma know that someone had to pick up the kids or she had to go home. I’ve been in a few situations before where I had no other option than to bring my child to work, I get that, but if my child ever acted half that bad, I would expect to be sent home and told my child couldn’t come back with me. I’ll stay away from this location if I come in and those kids are there. My child shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable by an employees family members of all people, while we’re just trying to have a quick bite to eat. Never mind the fact that their behavior was disgusting and just down right disturbing. Short staffed or not, that was...
Read moreMay 5th I entered the drive through just after 5am, waited a couple of minutes before my teens (coming from post prom) asked me to pull around to the first window. After a couple more minutes, I decided to call to be sure that the online hours for Lake Geneva were correct. Lisa answered and confirmed that they were open, so I informed her that I had been sitting in line and hoped she would instruct me further, but she simply hung up. I was mildly confused so I pulled to the second window. Jasmine noticed me while she prepared drinks, but didn't pay any mind so I gave a single honk. She would not look in my direction while I attempted to wave my hands to her. I finally called again and Lisa then told me they were busy with "a restaurant full of children" (actually only 6 teens and a hand full of other people). Although I informed her that I was sitting at the window, she said that I "must have arrived before 5 o'clock". I informed her that I had called a from the other window, but she did nothing more than glance up in my direction and hang up the phone. I took pause because I was so confused at this point that I was unsure of the best decision going forward. Finally, I honked the horn 6 short bursts which prompted Lisa to instruct Jasmine to come to the window. I was so confused, I did not even order what I actually wanted! I was absolutely flabbergasted! I expected my teens to be embarrassed that I honked, but they reassured me that I had no reason to apologize. When Jasmine came to hand me my food, she noticed me taking pictures, started smiling sweetly, and made excuses. There is absolutely NO excuses for such terrible customer service. If these women worked at my company, I have would have fired them immediately. I'm still baffled at...

It's been a hell of a long time since I've seen customer service this awful. I'm literally sitting in my vehicle at 11:59 pm because the manager (whom said her name was Brook) just walked up and told me I had to leave as I was eating a chicken sandwich.
I asked her if I could finish my sandwich and she said no, we need everyone out by 12, "owners rules".
I nicely reminded her after I placed my order I waited 12-15 minutes of not hearing from anyone. I was still lingering by the front counter and she asked if I needed help. I told her I was waiting for my order, to which she said she had no orders to be made. I told her I placed an order and had paid for it. I then heard someone from behind the counter tell her to check her screen or something along those lines... Then Brook decided to start making my order.
I was here at 11:20 pm and had more than enough time to finish my food had brook not been asleep at the switch.
I have never in my life seen a good place toss out a quiet and peaceful customer while eating.
I nicely asked Brook if I could have the contact info for the owner, I was ignored. I then asked for the number for the store and she said, "just Google it".
I then asked if I could have her name and as she was walking away, she mumbled "Brook"... so that may or may not be her. Regardless I can't remember a more rude person I've ever encountered while eating at an establishment.
I sure hope any owners or...
