The moment I walked in, immediately the way I was greeted with such a condescending tone, just assuming that we werenât gonna purchase anything. My wife was so upset that she went to go sit down by the chairs in front of the windows. She didnât want to be part of the conversation that I was having with Lynn, (I believe her daughter was there as well. How embarrassing to act like this in front of her child, she helps you run the business Lynn. This attitude was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional) I already knew that Lynn was not pleased to have helped me or answer my questions. The way she answered my questions, it felt like she was just waiting for me to leave the store⊠again, I have this entire interaction recorded on YouTube. I was looking at a Cuban chain bracelet and immediately she said it was around $15,000 and then she aske ââWhy didnât I just get my bracelet with My other jeweler in Rockfordââ as soon as she asked me that I knew that My MONEY was not welcomed here . But the way she said it to me, made me feel like she thought I could not afford it. I will be reporting this business, with business bureau of Wisconsin as well, I will be reporting to the WCA. Lynn, if youâre reading this, Iâm never ever gonna come back to your store, so donât worry about having me and my wife in there. We first walked into the shop Mother's Day weekend, and despite all the traffic, Lynne made time to help us try on a few rings and set up an appointment for later.
I'm not a big jewelry person, and I really appreciate the effort Lynne and Alissa went to ordering different sizes and colors of diamonds to try, as well as the guidance we got on ring design. They are very responsive and we were notified immediately via text and email when something came in to see or when our CAD design was delivered.
Over the month or so that we worked with them, we always felt prioritized and warmly welcomed. I'm actually a little sad to have received our rings because it's been lovely getting to know them and hanging out while we've been in the design process.
Admittedly, we didn't really shop around because we were so pleased with the service we received and we've stayed well within our budget, but I've been on various jewelry/engagement ring forums during this time and I feel that their pricing was quite competitive and they were very transparent about cost through the process (though Lynne did clarify first if I wanted to talk about price and how we as a couple wanted to proceed, which I also...
