Had a terrible experience here with Lynn, my wife recorded my interaction, and it’s on YouTube if anybody wants to see it, Just in case this business denies it, we have it on video. The moment I walked in, immediately the way I was greeted with such a condescending tone, just assuming that we weren’t gonna purchase anything. My wife was so upset that she went to go sit down by the chairs in front of the windows. She didn’t want to be part of the conversation that I was having with Lynn, (I believe her daughter was there as well. How embarrassing to act like this in front of her child, she helps you run the business Lynn. This attitude was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional) I already knew that Lynn was not pleased to have helped me or answer my questions. The way she answered my questions, it felt like she was just waiting for me to leave the store… again, I have this entire interaction recorded on YouTube. I was looking at a Cuban chain bracelet and immediately she said it was around $15,000 and then she aske ‘’Why didn’t I just get my bracelet with My other jeweler in Rockford’’ as soon as she asked me that I knew that My MONEY was not welcomed here . But the way she said it to me, made me feel like she thought I could not afford it. I will be reporting this business, with business bureau of Wisconsin as well, I will be reporting to the WCA. We had an excellent experience working with Lynne and Alissa on buying a diamond and designing an engagement ring as well as getting an heirloom wedding band resized.

We first walked into the shop Mother's Day weekend, and despite all the traffic, Lynne made time to help us try on a few rings and set up an appointment for later.

I'm not a big jewelry person, and I really appreciate the effort Lynne and Alissa went to ordering different sizes and colors of diamonds to try, as well as the guidance we got on ring design. They are very responsive and we were notified immediately via text and email when something came in to see or when our CAD design was delivered.

Over the month or so that we worked with them, we always felt prioritized and warmly welcomed. I'm actually a little sad to have received our rings because it's been lovely getting to know them and hanging out while we've been in the design process.

Admittedly, we didn't really shop around because we were so pleased with the service we received and we've stayed well within our budget, but I've been on various jewelry/engagement ring forums during this time and I feel that their pricing was quite competitive and they were very transparent about cost through the process (though Lynne did clarify first if I wanted to talk about price and how we as a couple wanted to proceed, which I also...

Lynne (the owner) is exceptionally knowledgeable, always gracious, and happy to answer any jewelry-related questions I may have. She has gone above and beyond when I asked her to send a necklace that I needed in two days (ah, coordinating group gifts), and the recipient was in tears when she saw her beautiful necklace. As an equestrian, I have referred over 100 people to Lynne for her unique designs (her Ribbon Horse is pictured below), and have her business cards with me at all times when people ask about my unique necklace.
