Filiberto's — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

If I could of rated it less then a 1 I would have!!! I have NEVER been talked to the way I was tonight by this little girl named Crystal. This little girl first of all needs to learn some respect and learn how to deal with the customers because if she talks the way she talked to me this company would soon be out of business. I'm not a violent person but how she acted and talked I just wanted to punch her in her mouth and I'm not even like that. I called to tell them the 3 rolled tacos I got the meat tasted bad. It left a horrible after taste and smelled and tasted spoiled. Her attitude was she didn't care and I was bothering her. She didn't try to fix the issue at all just sat there not saying a word...totally uncomfortably. Made me feel like I was in the wrong for there meat being bad. How does that work? When she quit the vow of silence that is when she was rude snotty and just plain mean. Filbertos I eat here at least 4 days out of 7. I'm a very good customer. But this little girl crystal just made u lose a valued customer and also have you heard of advertising by word of mouth? Nothing good will be coming out of mine that's for sure. You can thank...

went through last night & ordered 2 carne asada fries & when i got home one of my orders was fries with guacamole & sour cream. after realizing this I called the restaurant and let them know what had happened. When I looked at my receipt it showed that they had only charged me for fries and add-ons of guacamole & sour cream. they told me to come back so they could fix my order and once looking at my receipt they told me that it was on their part where they messed up but they couldn’t fix my order because I didn’t pay the full 10.25 even though it was their mistake and one of the cooks in the back tried to argue back-and-forth saying that I did not order two carne Asada fries as if I wasn’t the one who ordered & The man who was in the front speaking to the lady who is helping me was giving me extremely dirty disgusting looks like I had been the one who done something wrong. don’t recommend going here. i recommend you make the trip to parker to rupertos for some more authentic Mexican food then come to this establishment again. If I was able to give them a zero rating I would. I ordered a bean burrito with rice and pico, NO cheese. Whwn I paid for my food I even asked no cheese right. I was told no cheese just how I ordered. When I got home and started to eat my food there was cheese in both burritos! I called and asked for them to correct at least one of the burritos since my wife can have cheese but I can not. They said they would do it. I just needed to bring the old one back. I said that was fine and I was on my way and would walk up to the door for the exchange. When I got there. I called and she told me I needed to wait for her to finish the order she was on. FIFTEEN MINUTES went by and I called she told he was would be out so. When she can out she went to my husband gave him the burrito and said "where is the other one?" With a HUGE attitude. I told her my wife was waiting for her at the door. She stormed a round the building and ripped the bag out of my wife's hand and walked away with out saying anything.
