Humberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

(I sent this msg to Humberto's Facebook page on 1/27/22 but 2 months later, still haven't responded- why have a page if its not managed?): Good morning Humberto's LHC, we finally tried your food because we had a buy 2 get one free coupon. My wife and I know our Mexican from all over the country and weren't expecting great cuisine, but still we were very disappointed in the food, cost and service. On Thursday 1/27 at around 1PM we ordered via the drive thru. Since you have no online menu that lists what is in your burritos, we asked at the speaker but could barely understand the heavy accent of your order taker. Within 10 minutes our order came out and we went home only to bite into these burritos and find NO veggies, lettuce or cheese. We ordered two chicken and one Green Chili burritos- the Chili was horrible, WORST burrito I ever ate and that includes taco bell and del taco- the meat was shredded pork that was extremely salty and sickening. We threw it all out leaving just beans and rice, wouldn't even give it to the dog. Chicken was not offensive but nothing special and we asked for one shredded but got two grilled. I ordered 1 carnitas burrito and 2 tacos on taco Thursday. When told it was $13.00 I mentioned that's a new high price as I have had this before and it's never been over 11 dollars, the man refused to give me a receipt and said it was even 13.00 and that was it. The man that took my money never put it in register and straight up stole that money and the taxes that were supposed to be paid on it. SHAME ON YOU Humberto's for STEALING. Everyone I know will never be back, plus the grease from tacos made me SICK. That's not a jab either, my stomach was F'd up after those 2 tacos. My first and only time there was over Memorial Day weekend, so I don't know if my bad experience was due to the busy holiday or what, but service was terrible and the food wasn't worth the wait. All I ordered was a bacon breakfast burrito and it took over 20 minutes to get it. What made that more frustrating was watching people, whom ordered after me, get their food first as well as the 10-12 people in the drive-thru that got their orders while I waited.
