McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

if there’s another location in this town, go to it, we’ve tried twice while we were in the area for the holidays this week and both times cause messed up orders, rude service & i know it’s cheap fast food, but it’s not that hard to make a burger or kids happy meal..

long story kinda short, our happy meals were missing the toys, they didn’t get their 6 nuggets we paid extra for only 4, and while we waited at the end of the drive through for them to bring us our food in the beginning, they realized they had handed us the wrong bag (as we were already eating and checking the rest before pulling away) the lady asked for it back so we could get our correct food, and i explained we already started eating and apologized we didn’t realize obviously, so (assuming she was throwing it away) and she gave it to the other car waiting for their food… after our hands had been all over it! ate basically all the fries too.

this time today, a few days later after that issue we let go, i ordered on the app to do pickup so it was easier for them (i thought) to get the order correct, and we had to bring the order back inside to have remade not only once, but twice !!

i even said sorry over and over again but we paid for it, and the ticket shows the exact order im just confused why its so hard to follow, seems like they throw whatever they want in your bag lol. they didn’t care to apologize or feel bad, they just got annoyed having to remake food over and over again cause they couldn’t do it right the first OR second time…

we also heard the manager yelling @ staff for messing up 3 orders...

I've worked fast food before so I understand how things go and what not. At the same time, I think food service is getting worse as time goes on. I ordered 2 egg cheese biscuits and a large coffee with 6 cream and 6 sugar along with a couple of other things. I noticed the screen said egg biscuits, I told the girl taking my order those are supposed to be egg cheese biscuits. She said yes, I got that. When I got to the window I told her again egg cheese biscuits, not just egg. She just continued to smile and just agree with me. Got my food, and low and behold, two egg biscuits with no cheese. Took my receipt in and explained for the third time. I even told the manager I told the girl twice and she just shook her head yes to me and that was that. She took my biscuits and corrected them. They were cold to begin with. The folded egg tasted like it was still frozen or something. My coffee tasted like cold cream. It tasted like straight creamer and just a little bit of coffee. Lesson learned, will stay at home and make my own food that would taste a hell of alot better and be hot and fresh because nothing I got this morning was. It was quite clear that people today at fast food places don't listen anymore and just give you whatever they think...

I frequent this McDonald's because it's the only one in town. Lately, within the last few months I'd say, I've had an issue with something here. Either the fries are cold and/or overcooked, the burgers are overcooked, and the nuggets are overcooked. I've never had this bad of an experience at a McDonald's before. How do they overcook everything when they have timers?? This McDonald's location has an employee with a horrible attitude who doesn't know what customer service is supposed to be like. She is always rude, and I've witnessed her mock an elderly man after he complained about his overcooked burger, which she did nothing about. All I asked for was to replace part of the meal I paid for because it was not good, and she was nothing but rude and didn't do anything about it. I know employers are desperate to find workers, but my goodness, this girl needs to be educated in how to treat people. The customer is supposed to always be right, but not here. I'll drive out of my way to another location just I don't have to deal with rude people and overcooked food. Very sad to see this location go down hill. If people don't complain, nothing will...
