I recently dined at Ito at Fontainebleau Las Vegas and had an exceptional experience! 🍣✨
Thanks to my high roller status, I received four $50 comps, which I wanted to use wisely. I ordered 3 toro rolls for $33. To round out my meal, I added a Salmon Don for $12 and a Miso Soup for $8. I decided to save my $15 new player dining credit bonus for dessert at another venue within Fontainebleau.
The toro rolls were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Salmon Don was delicious, with perfectly seasoned rice and tender salmon. The Miso Soup was a warm and comforting addition to my meal. 🥢🍥
Special shoutout to Elizabeth, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. She ensured I didn’t mess up the use of my comps, which I greatly appreciated. Her excellent service added a personal touch to the dining experience. 😊👏
The entire staff was so cheery, attentive, and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The chef also helped with 2 of my tamakis, showing great attention to detail in both presentation and taste. Every bite was a delight. 🍣👨🍳

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at ITO Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish--hands down a 5-star gem! The menu was a masterful showcase of flavors, and every dish we tried left us in awe. The Fuji salmon was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, with a freshness that was simply unmatched. The Yellowfin tuna was equally impressive, bursting with rich, clean taste that highlighted its top-tier quality. The Uni caviar was a luxurious treat--creamy, briny, and unforgettable--while the Otoro took indulgence to another level with its buttery texture and deep, savory notes. The Spanish mackerel brought a delightful balance of boldness and finesse, and the scallops were cooked to perfection, tender and succulent with every bite. But the real standout for me was the Golden Eye snapper--it was an absolute revelation, with its delicate yet flavorful profile that lingered long after the last bite. The ambiance was sleek and sophisticated, the service impeccable, and the attention to detail in every dish was truly world-class. ITO Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional sushi and an unforgettable dining experience. I can't...
Read moreI stayed at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas during the Century 21 Convention and decided to have lunch here on my first day. The quality of the food is commendable, with delicious flavors and beautiful presentation ; however, the prices are disproportionately high considering it's a busy food court and the portion sizes are quite small. They offer plates of three or five rolls, but each roll is only around 10" in size, resulting in just three or four pieces per roll and a total of 12 pieces for $50, which doesn't seem justified. Additionally, when I received my soup, I was surprised to find that the cup was only filled to about a quarter of its capacity, yet it cost almost $20. While the food is undeniably tasty, the pricing seems excessive for the quantity and the setting, despite the visually appealing...
