Thank you for an exceptional dining experience! This was our first time trying Washing Potato at Fontainebleau, and we were thoroughly impressed. Now that we've had a taste, we're eager to come back and explore the rest of the menu.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two hostesses, and Stephanie kindly escorted us to our table, making sure we were comfortably seated. Our waitress, Alleen, came by promptly and offered water to start. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also provided great suggestions as we were hoping to try the "Taste of Fontainebleau" preset course. Unfortunately, we had missed it by a week, but her recommendations more than made up for it.

We began with the pan-fried turnip cake, which had the perfect contrast—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It simply melted in our mouths. Next, we tried the scallop shumai, which was delicately balanced, allowing us to savor each ingredient individually.

The lemon chicken was a standout for me—crispy, sweet, salty, and with just the right hint of sour. If I weren't in a tight dress, I could’ve easily devoured four servings! We also enjoyed the beef chow fun, where the rice noodles had the ideal texture, making each bite delightful.

For dessert, we indulged in the fried banana spring roll with vanilla honey soft serve. Every bite was a heavenly combination of warm, crispy banana wrapped in a spring roll paired with cold, sweet honey ice cream. I had to stop myself from finishing it too quickly.

We were pleased with how approachable the menu is, the pictures of each dish made it easy to make our selection. And the atmosphere is fun, modern, and fancy, with an open kitchen concept that allows you to see the chefs in action—adding to the overall experience. I’ll definitely be adding this restaurant to my list of favorite spots to relax and savor great food.

A big thank you to the entire staff for being so attentive and kind, and a special shoutout to Guy for delivering our food and providing insightful explanations about each dish. We can't wait...

This time, we scored the best seat in the house—a cozy corner round table with an amazing view of the entire restaurant and the open kitchen. Watching the chefs craft potstickers and dumplings right before our eyes was such a treat. Our server, JoJo, was fantastic—attentive, super sweet, and a true menu expert, guiding us to some fantastic picks. Our food runner “Guy” who recognized us from our last visit, insisted we try the Peking duck, and we couldn’t resist. We started with the chicken potstickers. They were perfectly cooked, with well-seasoned chicken that wasn’t greasy yet had a delicious, crispy edge. Then came the pan-fried prawn and chive dumplings—just the right balance of prawn and chive, warm and soft in every bite. Next, we tried the wonton noodle soup. My boyfriend loved the noodles’ perfect texture, and I was all about the delicate, flavorful broth and the freshly handcrafted wontons. Then it was time for the star of the show: the 1/2 Peking duck. This dish was a flavor explosion! Crispy skin, tender, smoky meat paired with fresh cucumber, scallions, and sweet duck sauce, all wrapped up in house-made pancakes—it was pure magic. Our feast continued with the black pepper beef. Tender meat and perfectly cooked peppers, still crisp, made this dish unforgettable. We couldn’t resist the Yangzhou fried rice either; the smoky wok flavor and crispy scallions were everything. And for my “dessert”? The crispy lemon chicken! Warm, crispy, lemony, with just the right balance of salty and sweet—absolute perfection. Yes, we ordered way too much, but JoJo kindly packed up our leftovers. Thanks to Alejandro and Guy, too, for expertly finding space on our table for everything—it was like playing a game of Tetris. Washing Potato has officially become one of our favorite spots in Vegas! Every visit blows us away, and we can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to all the amazing staff for elevating this experience. It’s truly...
