CraftHaus Brewery — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Brewery's have always been a place where I've enjoyed the opportunity to sample a myriad of beers. Some of these beers are house blends, domestic and foreign.

Many offer flights were your given small samples ranging from light to dark brews. Our samples included; Bubbly Hedgehog, All the Watermelon, Queen's Nectar, Station Haus, All the Peaches and Rebel Sprit. I enjoyed them all except for All the watermelon, which, I found extremely bitter and a bit overpowering. The interior is spacious and can accommodate large groups. The seating is user friendly allowing for conversations while enjoying your beer.

First brewery we've been to in a while that checks all the boxes:

All of the beers we sampled were perfectly done and SOOO enjoyable. Normally there's one or two that are just "okay" but we really enjoyed the heck out of everything. We also tried three of the IPAs, and they all tasted completely different! I hate it when you go to a brewery and compare beers of a similar style and they all taste 99% the same.... The woman helping us gave us some great dining tips, and was in general very pleasant and friendly to chat with. We ordered the works sausage dog to nibble on. It was sooo flavorful and delicious.

The next time I'm back in Vegas this will be my first stop! I wish we'd spent more time there...

This place is a good vibe. Outdoor dining as well as indoor. A nice beer selection. I forgot which one I got but it was good 😊. I come here often so you’re in good hands with that. But I’ll have to say as much as I’ve came here I haven’t tried the menu until this day. And my oh my was i in for a treat. That chicken sausage I had was so on point! I’m not gonna lie I liked it better than my beer. From the bun to the sausage and that topping they use 🤌 Whatever sauce or creme they used on it was 🔥 I could have licked the paper wrapper clean with that sauce hanging on it.
