Why am I only posting one picture? The length of time it took for me to get a single drink and app was ridiculous. There were 3 bartenders on staff on a Friday night during a concert that was happening and it took 25 minutes for me to get my drinks. I was watching the bartenders the whole time and for whatever reason they were making one....drink......at.....a.....time! Why?? If a table asks for the same exact thing, FROM YOUR SPECIALTY MENU, would you make a drink at time?? 2 cooks seemed to be in the kitchen and it took 30 minutes to get some poke nachos?!! Okay, this should be a very easy and quick dish to leave the kitchen yet it wasn't. After I received the app, I noticed the tuna that was used for the poke nachos was room temperature which means it was either sitting for quite some time or the temp the tuna was being held at was not proper. If you're a business owner and knew you'd have an influx of customers due to an event, why would you not put your best staff or employ more staff to balance out your slow staff? Definitely a change of atmosphere from the typical busy and attentive brunch hour. Not impressed.

Came here for the first time and really enjoyed the brunch. It is located on the second floor on the far end of container park, near the stage (directly above the $5.99 store). The decor is cute and the service is friendly and expedient. I had the distillers gold cocktail that has whiskey, peach schnapps, ginger ale, and orange juice. It was tart, refreshing, and delicious! For food, we ordered the steak benedicts, monkey bread, and two eggs any way. The steak Benedict’s were good; the meat was cooked medium, and the eggs were poached perfectly! The hollandaise sauce is very vinegar forward though, so if you do not like vinegar, you may not like the sauce. The monkey read was delicious! Albeit a bit smaller than most monkey breads I’ve had elsewhere. Still though, it was super good. The eggs were ordered scrambled and came with bacon, toast, and potatoes o’brien. The eggs were good (not over cooked and rubbery) and the potatoes were delicious. I love the way they char the veggies a little; gives the whole thing great flavor.

Great Place!!! Flew In From Seattle for 4 days 3 nights, and Got to Swing By Downtown Terrace for dinner with My 7 year old Son and His Mom on our 2nd night..Right off the back we were greeted with Smiles as we took our seats. We Ordered The Carne Asada Fries,(the steak they use for the fries is really good, avocado was super fresh as well),while our son Handled the Grilled Cheese sandwich off the kids menu, made with Local Bread. Will (Our Server) let us know it was power hour, basically its like bottomless mimosas for An Hour from 6pm to 7pm Sharp.I got the local brew that was On Tap (Atomic Duck) delicious!! And Sangria's For the lady...Joslyn (Bar tender) did not disappoint either, she made sure we stayed hydrated through out the whole service,If you're ever in downtown and looking for a place to unwind and enter the night with a nice reset,Downtown Terrace kitchen And Bar.Thanks To Will, Joslyn and James for Serving My Little Family dinner and Good vibes .Til Next Time!!!

Waited 8 minutes to be greeted by Joseline, and though many people walked behind the bar no one acknowledged or served water.

We ordered the shrimp and Salmon ceviche…the salmon tasted previously cooked and the dish was fishy, guacamole on the bottom sticking to the plate made the tostada soggy and inedible. We had to smother the ceviche with hot sauce and lemon to make it edible.

The calamari was chewy and extremely over over cooked. The fried lemon was actually amazing.

We ordered the steak Benedict and ordered it rare, it came out well done and sent it back the eggs were poached but didn’t try them and that part looked great. The chef appeared to take the easy route and precut the meat and over seared it. Especially with flank steak it needs to be cooked while rested and then cut anyone in the kitchen should know this. I need blood in my meat and was very specific about temperature. The chicken fried steak was great!! I think they do the bottomless mimosas so you drink and can’t notice the poor quality.

Now back to service, no table touches what so ever, no apologies for the steak being incorrect nor offers to fix it.

Waited 10 minutes for mimosa refills.

I have been in F&B for many many years the lack of protocols and service is embarrassing, wasted over $100 on one of the worst meals of my life. May I add they had six tables in the entire restaurant and no one at the bar except us. I pay attention to the everything, they weren’t busy nor low on stock to refill. I can handle 21 tables by myself and do it with impeccable service and if something is wrong I take the time to fix the guests experience. I have always treated restaurants like your family is in the building, not people you can’t stand. Still tipped 20% of the original bill but typically tip 30%-50% with decent service. I feel like due to everything I should have been paid just to be there.

Hostess came off rude and annoyed. Due to the worst service I have had in 20 years and the subpar food. Don’t eat here, money wasted and a terrible experience.!!!! Reading the reviews management doesn’t respond/owners so if they don’t care no one should give them...

Absolutely terrible service and I refer to the manager. First DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T BUY FROM GROUPON if you are a tourist. Their $29 coupon can ONLY be redeemed on Sat and Sun during brunch hours. After speaking to the manager and telling him we weren't locals and would be talking off that day he said, SORRY we've had that issue with clients before and walked away. Really not even a complimentary coffee or soda for $29.. It's Vegas tourist plan their trips around Shows or Five Star dinning, not a brunch at the Perch. I can't rate their food but the manager and his terrible service. He'd rather have clients cancel their order, give their coupon away to a local, and walk away. It wasn't so much about the money it was about SERVICE, after all they did get paid.. but ohhhhh didn't make to brunch. In a nutshell, if you're a local great if you're a tourist be weary because for $29 you might just get a cold shoulder. Total scam after hearing him say, oh yeah we've had this problem before...... The perch gets paid and you get nothing...........? Thought I'd share this.. Probably I wouldn't have taken this so personal had my 5 year old not said, "mommy I'm hungry, why can't I eat my pizza", but staying would have been an indignation. Purchased several coupons from Senor Frog, the Beef Jerky Store at Container Park, etc... Wonderful service.. Wonderful service.. The...

Our server was Sarah today. She was the worst server I’ve had since I moved to Vegas over a year ago. I have made a frequent hobby out of trying new restaurants in the area. If you are visiting from out of town, this location is beautiful and the happy hour is a great deal. However, we were here for over two hours and the service the entire time was horrible. Sarah rarely checked on our table if at all. We even took the time to time her just for fun, and she did not just check on us for over 45 minutes. We finally flagged her down in the mostly empty restaurant and asked for another round. Not even ten minutes later, we looked over the balcony and saw her walking from across the courtyard outside the restaurant with a smoothie! A smoothie! Our water cups were empty, our cocktails were empty, and we were extremely frustrated. When she finally strolled back in, my companions and I watched her ring in our drink order! She hadn’t even put our drinks in before taking her leisurely stroll outside to grab herself a drink. Unprofessional, lackadaisical, inattentive, and a disgrace to what I believe would otherwise be a lovely establishment. This review is a fair, but specific warning; the bartenders were fantastic and the drinks reflected that. However, if you get Sarah as a server, be prepared to wait, be frustrated, and feel as though your patronage is an afterthought to...
