This place really does have great Boba tea! What I think is even better is their willingness to go the extra mile for a customer. I went twice in two days and both times was helped by an Asian gentleman who made sure I would like my drinks. I had seemingly simple requests that the cashiers didn’t seem to be too savvy about (I think they were newer to the team—I don’t think they were trying to be unhelpful). One request was to have the drink made with non-dairy milk and the other request was to have a combo of different flavors, an option that wasn’t on the menu. Both requests were essentially denied (not harshly) by the cashiers, but the Asian gentleman overheard my requests and took it upon himself to let me know he actually COULD accommodate those requests. That might not seem like a big deal—but in a day and age where a lot of folks working in the service industry seem quick to do the least amount of work possible, it was really refreshing to have someone go the extra mile to say “actually, I can do that!” when he could have just let it go and continue on. All that said, the Boba tea was super good and I recommend that flavor combo I...
Read moreI frequent the no 1 boba tea at the container park when I go to fremont street experience and buy their lychee coconut dragon fruit twist without boba and the large cup I choose is always full except for yesterday (Sat, March 22, 2025) when a staff didn't fill it to the brim and she made no attempt to add more. She simply scraped the blender and acted like she was trying to fill the cup to the max but there was still an inch left where the cup wasn't filled. I didn't say anything to her but her cohort witnessed this and they did nothing to fix it. I walked out with it very unsatisfied and I had tipped $2 too. I probably won't return anymore even though I enjoy their lychee coconut dragon fruit twist...

The boba pearls were a bit tough and chewy, the worst part was probably the fact that the straw wasn’t wide enough to suck up the boba so it wasn’t very enjoyable. The price was almost 6.00 for a medium which sucked - for this quality it’s closer to being worth around 3.00. I would say find a better boba spot and don’t waste your time, and if you NEED boba ASAP don’t get the brown sugar milk...
