Update: They are still overcharging without warning customers. Today the final bill on my receipt was $23.78 and they charged my card $28.54. That is even more of an over charge than last time. $4.76
Also they have an annoying high pitch squealing whine / whistle everyone in the restaurant could hear. I got the cashier to admit she could hear it too. I asked her to have her manager call maintenance to get up in their ducts to silence it because employees and patrons shouldn't have to hear that constantly while working / eating.
Finally the linguine pasta was way undercooked on the crispy chicken bacon alfredo new "signature" dish they are advertising. Nothing like over charging people for a shitty meal in a moist environment. Oh and Noodle Corporate doesn't care and won't publish a phone number to call about it.
This location overcharges. They lie and say they are charging you one amount then charge you almost $4 more. They claim to know nothing about it at first but then when questioned further about it they say oh that will fall off on your bank balance. I asked them on this sale how much it would be. They said $19.78. Then they overcharge by $3.96. They have done this to me on multiple visits. No other bar or restaurant I have visited does this and I picked specifically "no tip" on the credit card machine.
You can see this clearly in the pic of my bank balance and their receipt.

Now this blew me away. Diana was by far one of Vegas MVP in customer service. It was def superb enough for me to remember her name and mention her. SO whomever hired her, you got yourself a keeper.
Upon entering was quickly greeted. You wait in line, order at the counter, pay, and find seating. The food and utensils are brought out to you. There are so many different options on how to customize your order here.
Opted for the Buffalo Chicken Mac, Chicken Noodle Soup, Cookie, Garlic Cheese Bread, Pesto Cavatappi with Grilled Chicken. I was honestly surprised. I didnt expect it to have such robust flavor. I went in with a blah type attitude until I tried it - I guess the moral of my story is not all Noodle Shops are the same
Interior is huge. There are several seating arrangements from Booths to tables. Everything was very clean. Staff were continually cleaning tables. However Diana checked on us and went over and beyond. The friendliness is why I will def come back.
Would most def recommend - pricing is typical. Portions are decent. There are so many different noodles and options you can order. The wait time was fairly reasonable. Customer service was on point and...
Read moreI ate here 3 times- I got their Pad Thai with tofu, Lemon LEANguine with parm chicken, Japanese Pan Noodles with marinated steak + tofu, and the chicken pot stickers.
I’m sadly disappointed in this place. It had great potential, who doesn’t love all forms of noodles?
My problem is the quality of the proteins. The chicken was incredibly salty, steak SO chewy, and the firm tofu just being not right..I then looked up their nutrition and ingredients and my instinct was right that they are all processed and premade. I appreciate that they listed it though. But something as simple as tofu, even seasoned tofu, doesn’t need the extensive list of strange ingredients in it. Other parts of their site claim the meals are made fresh, but it sounds more like a nice way of saying they just heat it up for you on the stove.
So with that said, I spent $10-15 here each time and for that cost it is not worth it. While it’s not entirely too expensive, I can get fresher chicken across the street at Chik Fil A, or at Cafe Rio where they make everything from scratch, and get a meal for around...
