The reason I put this complaint in is that im an Area director for a subway franchise in arizona and as a bilingual .....Few girls behind baine with name badge missing....they assumed i didn't understand them while talking each other but also to a a non bilingual customer about the cookie she wants to purchase which was from yesterday and not fresh. We still ordered food due to me having a gift card. I run many locations and this service will have h making ans breakingthe brand..... The bread and meat were not bad but the bread was under cooked some and 1 min to your bake and need a color wheel to show staff but cookie was hard and from early early this morning from 6am if not late last night.. Which isn't fresh for night shift. Do better this is why we are a failing brand. Also the other location is visited today in Nevada had Same issues.... especially customer service. Another big issue did not suggest nachos. Nachos profit is 3.80 compared to our footlong at 1.50. Make money to pay your staff by suggestion nachos and bills as a franchise.... nachos sell if you...
Read moreOk, I'm a Subway fan. My wife and daughters love it, too. So when I headed out of the SLS last evening, I chose this Subway (over the McD's next door) trying to stay healthy. What a mistake.
Bread: old, dry ... we usually get the whole wheat. Very dry, flavorless... not even real mayonnaise could help.
Quantity of veg: weak. I often pile so much stuff that my BLT is more like a salad in a roll. Skimpy amounts of everything, even the chopped lettuce. Had to ask twice for more than a tiny sprinkle of black olives, among other things.
Price: astronomical. The footlong BLT was $9.75!?! C'mon, I travel all over... downtown NYC and SFO are darn high, but this is Vegas, off the Strip, a block north of the SLS. I asked for a Diet Coke, and, after 8% sales tax, it was $14.00!
Service: kinda slow, plus English is barely spoken. Cashier had to ask another employee several times to translate. My 'standard English' is more easily understood in Beijing or Shanghai.
In short, I will NOT be coming back to this particular Subway. Patronize this store at your own risk;...
Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT EAT HERE So the door was locked and the guy told us no were closed “24hours” subway was closed but shortly after we were turned away he opens the door for other customers and began to take there orders by this time I ordered online but now there is 6 other people in line we had to wait until the line was gone for them to begin our order even though we were there long before all the other customers they are poorly staffed under managed and extremely confused on “normal operations” and terrible customer service the staff is overwhelmed with no experience on how to handle busy workload I ordered meatball sandwiches my order was correct but the quality of food is completely unsatisfactory the meatballs were so rubbery I couldn’t eat more then just a few bites before trashing the rest bread was nasty and the whole experience through this specific subway was so bad I probably won’t ever recommend eating here ever again worst...
