As usual, I ordered via the mobile to minimize the in-person meet due to COVID-19 (Dec 25th, 2020). We were walking up from our hotel as we were visiting Las Vegas.
When my wife and I arrived, it was written on the door that it is on vehicle pick up only. There was a phone number we called it.
A female employee responded, after I told her we have an order but we are walking, she said the app states that this is drive through only. I told her no, I just used the app 10 minutes ago and it does not say that.
She got angry, started screaming, yelling and told me that I am “rude.”
I was stunned, amused, and shocked. She had the gots to call a customer “rude” on a Christmas morning.
I hung up immediately and walked away. If Starbucks allows this employee to yell at a customer and calls him “rude” why can I trust this brand to make food or drink for me. This person is the kind of person who may spit into my drink.
No thank you. You stole the $10 the price of my order. But no thank you. This is just a garbage location apparently.
Thank you Starbucks for fostering employees who throw insults on your customers on a Christmas...

I had a Frappuccino and I ordered it without whip cream and they out whip cream so i told them i ordered it without and they gave me an extreemly WATERY drink that was not the frap and it was as if they were so lazy and uncaring of their job and their customers and it made me really sad. the girls just shoved whip cream in my drink and chocolate chips and a ton of ice. My daughter said "mom tell them they made it too watery" and i was so upset so I told her I will write a review. Please dont overpower the ice in the frappecino and if you do not know how to make the drink maybe look it up and put the recipe in right. I will give you the recipe now in this review so for someone in the future that wants my daughters favorite drink that the child who orders it is not disapointed. The baked goods are always so delicious so whoever is making those cake pops you are awesome and you deserve praise for your wonderful croissants...
Read moreSadly this is my neighborhood (Las Vegas Country Club) Starbucks. I always go there every day, and many times they have made mistakes and i move on. When i do say something they just say we will make another one. No one ever owns up to their mistake. I’m told “the person is new” (when they have been there 3 weeks and have served me daily) I am told have empathy, really, yall wanted raises and can’t get an easy Nitro Cold Brew right? It’s out of the dang keg. UG! I hate that they just do not say, “ you know what, we made a mistake hang on” Instead they say, will make you another. Never admitting they messed up and to leave me feeling guilty for mentioning the mistake. It must be in the Starbucks hand book, never admit wrong doing, just make another.
I’ll go to Howard Hughes starbucks, where my office is, it’s the current morning crew, as of 1-5-24. The day or eve crew has me down, they know what i order and tell me what i want...
