Awesome food and awesome owner. Owner genuinely cares about his food and puts his heart into it. This is one of those places that definitely should have a line from opening until closing. Got the shrimp and every single piece was split in half so it's fried evenly which I have never seen before. Seasoning and everything was amazing. He's battering every order right in front of you and even told me how many more minutes until the order was done. Would definitely come by again the next time I visit Vegas.

Amazing food/amazing owner - Picked up a Philly cheese steak, fried shrimp, fried salmon and bbq wings and a lot of care put into making it and still didn’t take that long! Owner is a genuine person and shows he takes pride in what he does with a professional greeting and talk through his menu and even having us taste the food while preparing.

This food is ABSOLUTELY worth going off the beaten path for! The service was amazing, you could tell that the chef/owner genuinely loves what he does and knows what he's doing in that kitchen too! Perfect amount of seasoning, not overly salty, fried food that isn't overly greasy, great quality shrimp and wings, absolutely a 10/10!!

We stopped by this food truck during Super Bowl weekend and because of the rain we weren’t sure if they were open but once we got to the window, the owner was very kind, attentive and friendly. We ordered the lobster meal, chicken wings and the salmon bites and they were all delicious! Everything was seasoned perfectly and the breading was not too thick. All food was made fresh to order!
