D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Leominster

I recently visited this location and had an incredible experience that I just have to share. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The ambiance hit me like a funky bassline at a disco. But what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service provided by Gina and the D’angelo team. Gina, the maestro of munchies, the sultana of service, the virtuoso of vibes. She didn’t just serve my meal; she delivered a performance worthy of a standing ovation. Her recommendations? Spot on. Her jokes? Had me snorting my sparkling water. She knew the menu like the back of her hand, and lucky for me, she has really detailed hands. The food was nothing short of amazing, with flavors that danced on the palate and presentation that delighted the eyes. It's not every day you come across a place that not only serves excellent food but also has staff who make you feel like a valued guest. I can't wait to return and relive this...

this is by far one of the worst D'Angelo locations i have ever been to. since the location was renovated and new staff took over the location is full of rude and incompetent staff members. the managers sit in the back and do little to nothing. as i ordered she didnt even know what they had for condiments. i just dont understand why the rude employees. as i waited for 10 minutes they finally started my order. very slow.

staff complaining about working and phone calls the entire time. order ahead on the app. The manager told employees to stop answering phone calls while i was here. because they were far behind. customers coming in being told 35 minute wait. is it because of orders falling behind or staffing issues .. it wasnt...

I went in today at lunch and the woman at the front was very nice and seemed happy to help. I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap and asked for a little extra dressing on the side. When she put in $1.49 for extra i asked oh i didn’t know you started charging for extra and she immediately said sorry i hit the wrong button and put it in as on the side so i said ok. When the manager started making my food she asked if all dressing was on the side so i said no just wanted an extra side. She then started yelling at the woman who took my order. Saying ive told you this before thats not what we do in a very loud voice for all to hear. Like i would have paid to avoid that but no she thought she could belittle this woman in front of 3-4 staff and 6-7 customers. What a terrible person, i will no longer go to...
