McDonald's — Restaurant in Leominster

Frequent this McDonald’s regularly due to its close proximity to my home. I have absolutely no complaints about this restaurant, I am always treated with the proper amount of respect, my orders are almost always exactly as ordered and on the rare occasion there’s an error it is immediately rectified without being made to feel that it was MY fault. I would give 5 stars however, the consistency in which the ice cream machine is “ broken” has come to feel like a falsehood perpetrated by a slacker culture that is centred around laziness. Laziness, not an issue with a faulty ice cream machine, doesn’t sound better to a casual consumer. That type of bending the truth can be frustrating to someone keeping track. How often it is reported broken and the amount of times an ice cream based order is fulfilled. The scale weighs heavily on the side of reported broken. When often a repeat trip within a short amount of time can result in an ice cream order being filled. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there for a coffee with five creams seven caramel a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and that’s it pretty simple right so why did my coffee not have any caramel in it and when I asked her to remake it she gave me an attitude and then when I drove off and tried to eat my sandwich the English muffin was burnt to a Crisp so needless to say I turned around and I walked back up in there and I’ve demanded a new sandwich made I have my money back the manager was nice and she gave me three free coupons but I’ll tell you why that’s not enough I’m sick of these fast food places all you hear about is them wanting more money for their jobs but they’re not doing their job who in that place would have eaten a burnt English muffin nobody that’s not night to...

If I could give this place a zero I would. The place is beautiful, brand new but the staff are GARBAGE. I went in at 11:26 pm and ordered two McDoubles. It took them SEVEN minutes to give it to me. In those seven minutes I saw one group of two order at the front and one person pulled up behind me after I waited for 5 minutes. The guy who took my order walked away midway through and I had to wait 30 seconds before he mysteriously came back. I rolled up and he was high as hell. I went in to complain to the manager and he barely spoke any English, he didn't understand what I was telling him.
