Its a Starbucks, everything is as you'd expect. If you're at the DES I'd recommend going here instead of the one in the convention center. Service and wait are much better and they actually use the app and gift cards

Its a Starbucks, everything is as you'd expect. If you're at the DES I'd recommend going here instead of the one in the convention center. Service and wait are much better and they actually use the app and gift cards

This is BY FAR the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I got there and the worker was cleaning which is understandable. She looks at me twice doesn’t say anything and continues cleaning. I said “hello I need to place an order” and still nothing. After about 5 minutes she comes over and says “what are you ordering” no hello, how are you, sorry for the wait nothing!!! Then they were out of every food item!!!!! I ordered 3 drinks and she didn’t even put it in a cup holder! Worst Starbucks in...

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks! I definitely haven't been in a while since the start of the pandemic but, alas, I look forward to returning! It is in a hotel so you are not allowed to use your stars for a free drink but you still get stars when you make a purchase. The batistas are the absolute best! They make wonderful drinks and traditionally just ask me if I want the usual. The side room next to the Starbucks is also a great quiet place to rest, relax, and enjoy your...
