Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lincoln Charter Township

Okemos Best Western Hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, I DO have issues with their computer service. When checking in, card reader could not read either of my 2 credit cards. Free WiFi did not reach my room on the second floor. To use it, I had to go sit in the lobby. All of my devices received WiFi there, but it dropped as I returned to my room. Both occupants of my room also had to have our room keys redone every day because they failed to open the outside door or our room. Then upon checkout, the desk was unable to print a receipt or even tell me the amount charged for my total stay. All of these issues have to do with their technology service. I really hope they can update tech services.

I have been visiting this location for over 2+ years daily ($40 - $50/day) for our breakfast on the way to school. This morning, I had to go back to have my son's 2nd latte corrected as there was no flavor or sweetness. I was told they did not have time to fix my issues and that I should take my business elsewhere! WOW!

Very unprofessional and I would advise you to AVOID THIS LOCATION if you want to be treated properly! The owner was the person to tell me she wanted me to go elsewhere - KNOW THAT THIS WAS THE OWNER...

EVERY single time i come here without fail they are out of 1 of the 2 or 3 items i want and mess up my drink. Its very sad, because ive been a frequent flyer of dunkin in other areas for over a decade. I honestly feel horrible for the employees at this location because im sure they deal with angry customers everyday. Friendly employees usually but obviously horrible management/owners. Its almost a joke at this point, i just drive through to find out what that they arnt serving food and or drinks... whats even left?? Why...
