McDonald's — Restaurant in Lincoln Charter Township

Ordered two sausage McMuffins. (Buy one get one deal) got a sausage McMuffin and a egg and ham thingy.. also ordered another order to see if they'd screw up.. they did .. ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and got a sausage mcgriddle. I live next door and come most mornings. They do this every time and NOW there's a rude brunette white lady that deals with domestic violence at home and comes to work with her black eye and wants to treat YOU like dirt and blatantly lie that the order downst have "2 coffees " when the receipt CLEARLY states it does. Like I'd forgive the DAILY errors if the runners would do their job and the window personnel wasn't so garbage ... I started working there (this exact location) as a teenager and I know for a fact they train people. It's the associates fault not anyone else's and also when I get a black eye I'm sure tf not screaming at everyone untruthfulness left and right. I'd even feel bad for her situation if she'd just focus on the easy stuff or leave her drama at home. But alas for a whole month now my orders have been absolutely incorrect and this McDonald's will never correct itself . I've lived here since the 90s . It's a constant decline and will remain this way until it is demolished because Stevensville just let's all of their restaurant workers...

Waited 23 minutes for them to finish our order and they still screwed it up. My husband ordered two Egg McMuffin’s and they put the wrong kind of egg on the sandwich (the folded egg) which he finds disgusting. Ended up asking to speak with the manager, got a refund for the sandwiches and he ended up not eating. I also noticed a few female employees preparing food with their hair down and no hair nets. The first male employee that took our order was wearing plain clothes that had multiple stains on it, holes in his pockets where his keys were hanging out and another male employee who also wore plain cloths with grease stains on it. Dining room had trash and food crumbs on the floor, a lot of the furniture in disrepair and they kept taking orders instead of utilizing every employee to complete orders by using the self service kiosks in the lobby. Even heard an employee wonder why they were still getting breakfast orders when they were clearly behind on getting orders done. Franchise owner needs to do some serious revamping but from the other reviews it’s clear they don’t care. Don’t waste...

Whatever you do, keep driving, DO NOT STOP at this McDonalds. I was on my way back from Ann Arbor and stopped here for dinner. The restaurant was out of ice, ketchup and napkins. I was given the wrong food at first, when I went back up to get my 10 piece nuggets, I noticed that some fell out of the box and into the bag ( I was eating there, no reason for a bag) One nugget fell onto the tray and the women picked it up with her bare hand and placed it back in the box. My french-fries were not cook, and very cold. While I was eating someone spilled a large soda, it took 3 people and over 5 minutes to clean this up. I was here for about 20 minutes and in that time one person brought out a small bucket of ice and no one filled to ketchup. When we left we asked to speak to the manager and if someone could get them for us. They told us that they cannot do that and that we should wait in line to speak with them ourselves. This was by far the worst McDonalds experience ever, I noticed other customers complaining as well while I was there. Do not go to this franchise if you are looking for an...
