Received a gift card as a birthday gift and I was excited to try the ice cream here with my 2 year old daughter and husband. As soon as we walked in and approached the cashier at the counter we were not greeted verbally, not even a smile! I asked if I could please add on a pocky stick to my order for my daughter and he replied there would be a charge. I told him that's fine.
