Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Lincoln

We’ve been insomnia cookie addicts for a while now. We always loved the late night options for sweets. When we first started ordering insomnia cookie their cookiewiches came with two huge scoops of ice cream and their cookies were decent sizes. Then suddenly it was two small scoops and the cookies seemed smaller, we were bummed then of course but understood in a way. But now your cookiewiches are one scoop? Talk about one heck of a bummer, we didn’t even go through with the order tonight because how are you going to change it that much? Your two tiny scoops were already questionable enough. We’ll miss you guys but Casey’s is back to our go-to for late...

Jody and Rachel were working that night. Let me start off by saying that my first time here I was very impressed and very happy with the service and the food. The cookies were very delicious and moist and very mouth watering. I was very impressed for my first time going here. I recommend you go here. I was visiting from San Antonio Texas where I'm used to Tiff's treats. And they also have ice cream. This is very different because they give you a selection. Supposably they are going to bring this to San Antonio I hope...

I put in a delivery for 2 12-packs and 1 6-pack of cookies and when they were delivered, I noticed that one of the 12-packs was missing. It wasn't a big deal at all -- I just gave them a quick call! Even though I assured them there was no rush, they were super apologetic and got those cookies to us ASAP! (They even threw in a couple of free cookies! Thanks so much for those!!!)
