I was mocked by staff after nearly being assaulted in the restroom by a stranger while relieving myself at this location. When I came out to ask for help, the staff was unassisteing when I told them of my situation. I called the police myself and followed the man for a description. When I returned to the store I was still very upset at what had just happened. The store manager wasn't professional with the attitude she gave me and kept saying "I'm not the one". The staff laughed on during this ordeal. Obviously this was extremely embarrassing. We were grabbing our things to wait for the police outside and also asked to leave. Once outside, by chance my mom and Godmother were leaving the drive thru. I was explaining what had just happened with the stranger and staff while some of the workers used their cellphones to video me and flipped me off and threw their arms up at me. This furthered my embarrassment. My family went to search for the stranger and I stayed to speak with the police. We were asked to leave the property afterwards. As a man it's already hard to ask for help, but to have the one's you ask laugh and ridicule you is damaging to my ego. Being in their establishment I felt it was their responsibility for my safety. Read moreI usually have no problems with this location, but this evening I came through and was pretty disappointed. I ordered my food and drink at the drive thru, was asked if I wanted a receipt when at the pay window to which I replied no, and then was given my bag of food at the next window. I realized once I got home that evening that I didn’t receive the food I ordered, but instead just a small bag of fries. I went out later in the evening and stopped by to explain the mistake (not putting the blame on anyone), and asked if I could receive the food I paid for. I was told since I didn’t have a receipt I could not get my order fixed (I even still had the bag of fries in my car to show). I usually wouldn’t be upset, but if this is the policy, don’t give customers the opportunity to turn down receipts. I was given the chance to forgo the receipt before I even got to the food window where I was given the wrong bag of food.

Read moreWell my experience last nite for t 1st time in a while wasn't that good at all. I spent almost $25 in t drive thru and went back to my hotel to sit and eat and t 1st bite I took was t last one. My dble quarter pounder w cheese was cold but not even cooked and cold. It was bloody!! It was not cooked all t way thru at all. I know it happens sumtimes u get rushed and I WORKED fast food for awhile so ik it happens but it wasn't slightly pink I mean t FREAKIN thing WAS STILL MOOING BLOODY. I MEAN HOW CLD U NOT SEE BLOOD COMING FROM THIS BURGER!?!?!?!??? BUT LIKE I said u miss things sumtimes. I think they were so rushed that they just thot it was done. Hell I've dun that at home many a times but the person probly just needed to slow down a take a breath. But it turned out ok in t end.
