I only will rate the service because mcdonald's is mcdonald's nationally and I usually avoid rating the well know national food chains and services. That being stated this mcdonald's didn't deliver on that subject. I went through the drive thru and ordered the two cheeseburger meal medium fries, sprite light ice. Payed for the meal and went to the second window where my beverage was ready. I was ask to pull up to the parking spot #2, as they were still preparing my meal. I did so accordingly and waited. The person at window # 2 was wearing a black shirt and glasses with an excessive BMI. So I remembered that for some reason. As I waited time past and no one came out to bring me what I ordered. Ten minutes past. I decided to use my phone and call this mcdonald's directly. Phone line was busy. I tried multiple times in five minutes. I had to walk in. As I am at the counter no one approached me to ask, "how may I help you" . The staff looked at me several of them and they went back to work. Mind you as I waited outside multiple cars went through the drive thru and two car pulled up to me in spot number one and came and left after they were given their meals. The employee there were a pale blue grey shirt as their uniform. I yelled at two of them and asked to see the manager. They looked at me clueless. Asking what? I've explained it twice. I waited some more and like three minutes cause there were some two groups who had used the kiosk. I demanded to see a manager in my NYC tone. And finally the manager comes...would you believe it was the same guy who told me to pull up to spot number two. I had to repeat the situation of not getting my meal. I think he remembered that he had forgotten about me. Failed to complete a process so much I got large fries and and some coupons for free baked pies. Coupons are from the Napoli Group. LLC. The thing is that I probably won't be able to use them cause I don't live in the local area and just passing through. This mcdonald's should look at how they service their customers. Or perhaps they have and don't care because of their prime location make their arches...

We waited for 30 minutes, we were going to miss the train, so we asked for refund and just left. It was packed, so we thought maybe that's why. After the train ride in 2 hours, we went back again. Not lunch time, medium busy for average Mcdonalds. We waited 40 minutes for mere 2 Happy Meals and one iced coffee to come out. Customers standing there forever to wait started complaining. Two customers explicitly complained to the staffs and got unfriendly responses. One of them was shouting apparently because the staff told her to "go away" (though with all due respect i wasn't close enough to her to validate this). Finally my food came out. Who'd wait for 40 minutes at McDonalds unless you have 2 toddlers who really wanted a pony toy that comes with the Happy Meal, which was there in big display to attract young customers at the entrance? Guess what, we opened the box and no pony. They said girls' gifts were run out. I said "Seriously?" Then the staff looked straight at me and said "Yes. Seriously." So friendly and welcoming in this crowded tourism town. Forget the toy, it's her attitude that was most outrageous. Wait time simply unacceptable. The staffs were moving so unbelievably slow. Garbage bins overflowing. Empty soap bin hanging open in the restroom. And it's everywhere on the wall asking if we are happy or not during this visit and send email if not happy at xxx at...

The staff at this MacDonalds is always, I mean alwaysā¦in some kind of open loud inappropriate discussion at the store front usually revolves around hours they are or not, working or who is not making it to work. All āhoveringā in one place behind of the registers the entire time that is all 100% overhead by everyone waiting for my their order. This is to INCLIDE management. It does not waver itās been every single time I have been in over the past 10years.
I have been told that I āhave to use the kiosk to orderā so now rather than touching a screen that has been touched by 100ās of people before I consume my food, I use the app while at my table.
The app has an option of table service as there is a round permanently mounted plaque with a table number and its in braille, it even states āTable Serviceā . Yet I have had them yelling out my number, It just exudes the laziness of this staff.
This time the fries were limp and soggy the burgers were NOT ⦠NOT fresh. This visit was the first time I tried their chicken strips⦠they were old and dried out. The visit was a waste of time and money.
As a result of this Lincoln NH visit my wife and I have sworn off McDonalds for good. Granted we only get McDonalds 6-10 times a year. But we are done. Thank you Lincoln NH McDonalds Staff for ruining a life long memory of positive...
