DINO'S Best Burgers — Restaurant in Long Beach

Horrible food and service. I visited this place on 5/26/18 at 4p. I placed a phone order for fried mushrooms and the burgers and some fries. When we tried the mushrooms we were totally disgusted, when we bit into one a gush of oil and juice came squirting out, we tried another with the same result, i then called the restaurant and spoke with Jenny and told her my problem and that i was returning the food because it was horrible. When i got there i was told that i couldn't get a refund because the owner wasn't there and to come back the next day. Of course after going back and forth for a few minutes Jenny returned my money. Thats when i wanted to order a french fry, Jenny then said they would give them to me for free for my inconvenience. She put the fries in the fryer, that's when George the cook said no took the fries out and said i had to pay. Which i was going to do before she offered them to me. Truly disappointed in the service i received from George. I truly will not be back to this place. I see why there was not any customers there. And please stop putting old lettuce on your burgers, when people are spending their hard earned money at an establishment we expect fresh food, also your tomato slices are way to big for the thin piece of meat. I am new to Long Beach! The Lord in heaven knows I am not new to Diner style restaurants/ Burger joints / Greek Style Diners / Dine in Cafes / All American Eateries. This place is a righteous one for an abundance of reasons. Countless times in my life, I have found a remnant of a french frie love in my order of onion rings and have been thankful and appreciative. Behold Dino's! with my fries came 2 onion rings and 1 zucchini. This is true service to be thankful for. Wisdom is the knowledge of side order love and appreciation. And! Salads come with double kinds of cheese! that's giving, I used some to add to the refried beans already with cheese. Thick full pieces of cucumber in my salad. My steak was the right portion! Thank God and delicious too. I try not to drink soda or caffeinated drinks at all. They didn't pressure me to order any drinks Thank you I do appreciate this. I am a found customer! For great and kind friendly service.

Poor service. Others that ordered after us got there food before us. And when the waitress came over she was snobby. My burger was cold n I was still waiting on chili fries. She took burger back and heated in micro wave. Brought back n chili fries still didn't show up. So when I asked. She got up set. I watched her put them in microwave. Then she brought them. Them was the worse lookn chili fries I have ever seen. The bottom of plate had water. 1/4 deep. I didn't eat neither my burger or fries. I left it on the table. I was so so disappointed. And I like to give the small mom n pops places a try. I'm sure it was just the service. And not the place. But still I paid almost $30 for my plate.and my lady's breakfast burrito. Wich she said never again. I didn't even want to give it any stars. But I had to in order to leave this comment. Hope u read. N it doesn't...
